Family break

A comfortable and very well eqipped apartment. Ideally located with easy access to transport and restaurants.

Overall this was a good choice for our group. The location was good and it was very easy to get around Barcelona. Seconds from the metro and a nice little grocery around the corner. We never found a real supermarket but we didn't look very hard either.
The apartment looks just like it does in the photos and it was very clean. The only drawback was that the only bedroom that had air conditioning was the master bedroom and although the two bedrooms with single beds have a window - the window does not go to the outside. In one room the window opens to the the laundry area and the other to an air shaft. The windows that do open in the apartment do not have screens so if you open the sliding door in the living area your room fills up with gnats.
These minor inconveniences did not negatively impact our stay. The building was quiet and in a nice area.

I stayed in this apartment recently with my family (5 of us).
We loved Barcelona as there is lots to see and do. The apartemnt was the perfect base for us to come and go, offer home comforts and privacy that we needed.
The property was clean and modern; the owner was helpful at all times. The location was excellent, metro very short walk. Also sagradia familia within walking distance for an alternative metro stop and plently of restaurants.
I would highly recommend this apartment.

Jinping

The flat was very pleasant, sunny, very comfortable, very clean,well decorated and quiet ; everything you need was here to spend holidays "comme à la maison" ; the owner is very kind and provides very good services .Everything is very simple to visit without a car ; the flat is about 10 mn from the Sagrada Familia ; and Barcelona is really a beautiful city to visit with the sun!!!

This is a GREAT apartment. It's about 10 blocks away from Passeig de Gracia and 4-5 blocks from Sagrada Familia. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and looks just as nice as the photos. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

I come to Spain for business regularly. I brought my wife on this trip and she was delighted by the apartment as well. We will definitely stay here again.

We spent a long weekend in the Gaudi apartment in February 2009. The apartment is spacious and modern and located in close proximity to the metro and famous landmarks, like the Gaudi cathedral. We found the owner and his family to be very warm, friendly and accommodating. It was nice returning to the comfort of the apartment after long evening walks.

Everything about the apartment was wonderful. The description was acurate it truly is a beautiful apartment, the facilities were second to none and the location was great. The apartment was immaculate and very well maintained. The owner provided a brilliant service from initial enquiry to check out. I would recommend this property 10 out of 10. We will be using same apartment again next year - can't wait!
