Wonderful home!

The time we had in Florida can be translated in just one word: Perfect! The house was easy to find, very clean and very confortable. The neighborhood it's like an extra feature, the house is near the local supermarket, restaurants and other convenient places. The instructions given by Laura and Paul were so clear that we didn't had any problem with all the house systems (garage, trash, etc). We won't hesitate in staying there again. Thank you so much for the fantastic time we had in Florida.

The information provided by the owners of the villa was spot on. Location was fantastic, with shops nearby and all other ameneties nearby too. The communial pool is a 5 minute walk from the property but was very clean & tidy, and was really nice to cool down on the hot days while we were there.
The property was 5*, well maintained and very clean and fully furnished with all you would require when on holiday with many extra's added by the owners for holiday makers to enjoy there stay.
The owner provided excellent recommedations on locations to visit, best places to buy our attraction tickets and to hire a car, and the communication was brilliant, you could not ask for more.
I have recommended this villa to many of my friends and would probably visit there in the future again too.
The attractions are nearby with Universal studios, adventure Island, Seaworld, Wet & Wild & Aquatica 15 miles from the location of the villa, Disney 20 miles from the villa, the Airport is approximately 5 to 8 miles from the Villa, International Drive 15 miles and plenty of shops and outlets and plenty of restaurants all around the location of the Villa. We enjoyed food from the Plum Tree, Billabongs, Tacobells, Lobster feast, Salt Island and many more.
We loved the location and Orlando and would recommend anyone who reads these comments to choose this Villa.
The owners are genuine and very helpful and understanding.

My family of four spent a week at Laura and Paul's home away from home in July 2009. All the past reviews are accurate and our experience was wonderful. The condo is very clean, spacious, and conveniently close to all local attractions. You don't want for a thing as Laura and Paul have thought of everything that you might need when on vacation. The picture of the kitchen does not do it justice; it is beautiful!

My family and I stayed at this property while on vacation in Florida. I must say that our overall experience was exceptional. From the moment we began the booking process until we arrived, Laura (owner) was a true delight. We could not have booked a better place. As for the house, it was very clean and meticulously decorated. Everything was top of the line; they really did a great job decorating every room in the house. Thank you so much for the use of the house. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We look forward to coming back next year!

I couldn't have asked for anything better. From first contact with Laura and Paul I was sold! They were wonderful answering all my questions with a quick response. Along with answering my questions they mailed instructions for our arrival and departcher as far as what we needed to do. Sent detailed instructions from my front door to the property with a key and a return envelope already postmarked for me to return the key after we left. They made everything so easy. Their rental home is as beautiful as all the pictures show and when we arrived, the home was as clean as if we were the first guests to have ever stayed there. The home is equipped with anything and everything you may need including a computer with internet access and hangers for all your clothes. I am a person who loves to cook and let me tell you, I wanted to take all her kitchen utensils/pots/pans home with me because everything is top of the line. It was conveniently located about 15 minutes from Universal Studios, (which is where we spent most of our time) International Drive, Wet-N-Wild, the list goes on and on. There is also a pool inside the neighborhood which we enjoyed during our time in between the days at the parks to relax. The pool is gated and you must have a key to get in so it is very private. When I take my next trip to Orlando I won't even waste any of my time looking for somewhere to stay because I don't think I can beat this rental. Thank you Laura and Paul for making this Birthday trip with my mom and sister possible.

We did enjoy our stay in Orlando very much. The house is equipped with everything you need when away from home. It is close to the Orlando Airport but as always in the US you are lost without a car.
The Parks around Orlando can be reached in 30 to 40 Minutes, Kennedy Space Center and Daytona Beach are about an hour away.
