WONDERFUL FLORIDA/DISNEY VILLA

We arrived for a 19 day stay over the Holidays (December 19 thru January 5, 2010). We were very satisfied with the villa, the master bedroom and attached bathroom and huge dressing room was perfect for my parents. They could have peace and quite when they needed their own privacy. It had it's own entryway to the patio/pool area. The heated pool was very large, unfortunately, the weather at the time was very cold and we didn't get to use the pool as much as we would have liked. The home was open and airy and had all they amenities of your own home. The owner even gave us a personal call from England to make sure we were happy. Very pleasant owner and manager, easy to deal with. We would definitely rent this home again. It was close to all the main attractions and grocery, retail stores, even a hospital just down the road from us.

Villa was as described and was an excellent base to explore from. It had everything you could want and more. Shops like walgreens close by for emergencies and Publixs Supermarket not far away at Champions gate. Although situated on the US 27 in Davenport the excellent road system meant that journies were fast.
The pool and jacuzzi were excellent and nice and warm and there was also a nice shaded area to sit in out of direct sun light.
The owner was very accomodating and provided simple but clear instructions.
TVs in all the rooms helped to ensure to arguments and a couple of DVDs ment that were were able to rent some movies for $1 from the close by redbox point.

Information about the villa, the local area and tips for further afield were given before the holiday via e-mail giving a personal touch. The owner also phoned early in the holiday to ask if we had any queries which we didn't. This villa was excellent, had all that was required for a great holiday. Clean, well equipped with a visit from the property manager early in the holiday to ensure we were happy. It is well situated for all the attractions and plenty of places to eat nearby. A car is essential. we trvelled further afield than past visits seeing different areas of Florida and it was nice to return to the villa at the end of the travelling. We would recommend this villa to friends and family. Thank you.

My partner and I rented the villa in early June 2009 and enjoyed every minute! The villa was immaculate, a real treat as the humidity of Orlando makes one want to enjoy the air conditioning. We were greeted on our second day by the property manager and assured that he was there for us. The drive to Celebration and the Disney Parks, our main purpose of the holiday, was incredibly easy. There is an abundance of ammenities at your doorstep as the 27 and 192 are within a few miles, and that made for an easy settling in. Even when we didn't feel like going out, we enjoed ourselves, as the property is spacious, cool, and relaxing. We definitely recommend it for a lovely, chilled-out holiday. We loved it so much, we even got engaged there!

Recently returned from our holiday which the whole family agreed was the best ever. The villa was superb in every respect- a perfect place to return to after very busy days in the nearby Disney Parks. Would have preferred to have had 4 weeks instead of our 2.We recommend unreservedly.Many thanks.

We had very great stay at this villa. It was clean. Had enough space. And my 2 year-old son enjoyed the pool. Managament was very attentive. Next time I would choose this villa again. Excellent experience! Thank you!

I have used this Villa twice and would certainly use it again. On my second visit it was like returning home! It is well equiped and nicely furnished.
Both my visits were in early February. The weather is pleasent at that time and on both occasions was sunny. However I would recommend paying for the pool heating if used in the cooler months. The pool is a good size too. The property has a nice patio area (plenty of furniture) which is partly covered which gives shade in the hotter months.
Although it sleeps 8 it is probably best suited to 6.
My mother has walking difficulties and the fact the property has easy access and is all one one level was great.
We had a hire car and found the property to be a great location for visiting all the attractions. Athough located to the South West of Orlando the road network is such that travel time to all the attractions (particularly Disney) are reasonble. If you wish to visit Kennedy space centre (recomended), I suggest taking the toll road which runs south of the airport.
It is also an easy drive down to Tampa amd the west coast.
There is a good choice of shops within easy driving distance of the property (includig a large Wallmart for those seeking to keep costs down). Given that driving around Orlando is so easy , I think hiring a car is essential to make best us of this property. I hired a Sat Nav with the hire car which in my opinion is a real asset in the USA as it gives good warnings about junctions and intersections and was well worth the extra charge.
I highly recommend this villa for both "young" and "old"
