Amazing Holiday

We spent a week in Brian's home in Kissimee. We were so pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the home is. Everything is so clean. There wasn't one thing that we needed that wasn't supplied to us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the surroundings were beautiful. Every morning we searched for our favorite crane and alligator.
The beds were SOOOOO comfortable we slept like rocks after our excursions to Disney. The parks were approximately 25 minutes from the house. But shopping was close by, a walgreens was seconds away.
The kitchen was well stocked.
Brian was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to our emails and questions before our trip. And our refund on our deposit arrived promptly.
Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We are looking forward to staying again!

We visited this lovely home for spring break. We arrived from several locations: Germany, Colorado & Kentucky, and having the airport close (about 20 minutes drive maximum) made it very easy to make the quick trips to pick up the kids. The location is also fantastic for visiting the park attractions and shopping as well; seems you are close to everything. We even took a quick trip to the Kennedy Space Center to watch a rocket launch (at 0430 in the morning); but you are about a 45 minute drive from the coast, so not so unreasonable (and what a sight!). The house is well equipped and has most everything you need. The pool and spa are wonderful, and we all enjoyed them on a daily basis. The gated community adds a sense of security and was a comfort. In short, great location, lovely home, wonderful visit!

Well maintained villa in an excellent location. You can feel safe knowing there are security guards on the entrance to the Villa Sol. Lots to do at the villa, including river walks, relaxing in the pool, sunbathing or just sitting outside in the evening listening to the frogs and other wildlife whilst sipping a glass of wine! Sitting in the hot tub or swimming in the pool.

Plenty of wildlife to see at the villa whilst also being just a 10 minute drive away from the shopping malls and theme parks. We spent most of our time at theme parks and in the malls getting a bargain or two.

Only stayed for 10 days and needed longer really to be able to do all the walks and see all the sights. Next time we go we will spend more time relaxing by the pool and strolling along the river walk!! The pool has netting all around to stop any mosquitos, so you can relax knowing you aren't going to get bitten!!

There are tennis courts and a gym which we didn't get time to use but did go jogging around the complex, which I felt very safe doing.

The villa itself is well maintained and the decor is excellent with everything you could ever need for an enjoyable holiday.

The owners are such helpful and nice people, its like staying at a friends house!

Will definately go again.

What a lovely clean home, and what a beautiful and relaxing view! There is nothing nicer than coming back to this lovely house after an exhausting day sightseeing or playing at the Parks and relaxing in the pool while watching the sun set over the water. The home is well furnished and comfortable. The pool and spa are huge! We had a great time, and the kids loved to just stay at the house and play in the pool. Wonderful child friendly home with plenty of space for everyone to relax.
The home is near the airport and major attractions: Old Towne, Disney, Downtown Disney, etc., and they are easy to find from the house.
The owners were very helpful and courteous.

The villa is lovely! Amenities are close by, the sunrise and sunsets are spectacular! We were out fishing in the creek before sunrise catching bass and bream! The wildlife is abundant, we saw wild turkey, heron and watched an osprey catch a large bass in the creek!
The pool and the hot tub are great.
We would certainly rent this villa again next year!
