What an incredible setting!

This is a great place to relax. The houseboat was exactly as described. The upstairs deck is a great place for morning coffee, watching the sunset or the storms rolling in. The house is clean and in good repair. Tyler was very helpful and accomodating and assisted us in getting a slip for our boat right at the marina as well as a place to keep the trailer. Having the boat in the water, right in fornt of the house was very convenient. THe folks at the marina are also very friendly and nice.
I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would consider staying there again.

Just finished a four night stay on the houseboat with my 13 year old son and brother. Everything as advertised and we spent several days chasing lobster in the waters around the marina. Houseboat is clean and quiet, in a great location for water activities. There is a store right in the marina for convenience items, and the staff was very friendly. Tyler (owner) was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. Had a great time, and will definitely be back in the future!

This is an incredible setting in a marina with easy access to the waterways surrounding the Key West area. The location is very convenient for boaters and avid fishermen to experience the perfect fishing vacation. Just get up and jump in your boat. The home is fully furnished and has an equiped kitchen. Much more to offer than a hotel or condo. All you need is your duffle bag and beer. Thank you very much for your extensive knowledge of the waterways to create an incredible experience. This is definitely a repeat for this crew. Holla at ya later.

What more can we add to the previous excellent reviews which played a major role in our decision to choose Tyler's Houseboat......

The spacious Houseboat is in tip top shape with all the necessary amenities and conveniently situated for all Key West activities.

From the deck the sunset view is as nice as from Mallory Square but without the noisy crowd.

We travel every year overseas or domestically and the Houseboat in Key West will hold it's place amongst our fondest holiday memories.

Thanks Tyler.

Quiet relaxation on the water

Tyler,

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely houseboat with us! It was an absolute delight to sight on the spacious deck with my book and soak up the Florida sunshine. The area is so very quiet and peaceful right there on the water.

We enjoyed downtown Key West, which is just a short taxi ride away, but were thankful to escape back to the quiet of Sunset Marina for some R&R when we were done partying.

We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Vicki

My friends and I stayed there the weekend a couple weeks ago as part of our spring break, and this boat is so cute, and we had such a great time. The marina is really easy to get to, and its a great location. The neighbors are very friendly, and everyone speaks very highly of tyler at the Marina. I too agree, Tyler was great to do business with, and I will defintely be back to the Ram Rod in the Future, and I'd reccommend it to anyone- as its a great deal, and unique way to experience Key West! Thanks Tyler!! We'll be back :-)

We loved staying on this houseboat! All the comforts of home with a spectacular view and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Tyler was very helpful, giving us all of the inside information on Key West. The only problem with our stay is that it wasn't long enough!
