Excellent Property, can't wait to go back

We had a wonderful holiday and the accommodation was excellent. The rooms were large enough and all the equipment and facilities that were included were just right, we didn't need anything.
The location was just right, away from 192 and the lights/bustle but also very easy to get to.
The pool was perfect and the kids were in it at least twice a day and it was nice to just into the hot tub.

In August 2009, stayed for the second time at this villa.
This time, my party consisted of nine, spread across two families. The villa is spacious and well laid out. Well equipped allowing one to complete the necessary washing/drying easily. Good folder informing guests of villa's essentials, local shops etc and areas of interest. Addition of hot tub affords an additional way to wind down after a day out at the parks.
Excellent location for visiting Florida's theme parks and affords a relaxing retreat to relax and recover from the hectic days out.
Would thoroughly welcome this villa for single or multi-family occupancyt. Like most places in the USA, a car is essential.

Great Home for Families

The house was immaculate and very well maintained. It felt so much like home that it was hard to return to our own. I have to say that I was nervous at first, as I had never rented a private home for a vacation before. But when we arrived, not only were we relieved but thrilled, that everything was just as advertised.
The owners were extremely helpful and accomodating on short notice.
We visited Disney, Universal and Sea World, as well as Kennedy, and were delighted at the central location of the villa. Disney is, quite literally, only minutes away.
I would absolutely recommend this property to other vacationers.

We stayed at the above in December 2008 for a month. The property proved to be as shown on the internet however the photographs did not do it justice. It was well furnished in good order and very spacious. In addition it was conveniently situated away from the ‘tourist area’ in a well kept residential development. We would certainly use this property again

The villa was a perfect size & had everything our party of 8 needed. With both sets of grandparents & 2 children under the age of 8 we found it was equipped with everything we required. The pool & garden area are lovely, the kids loved coming in after a busy day at the parks and going straight in the pool. The property was well maintained & although we only rang home once - it was great not to be charged for it. We would definatley recommend this property to other holiday makers and would love to visit again.
