Reviews of Property: Executive 3 Bed/3 Bath Villa with private pool close to Disney.

Had a lovely time in this wonderful Villa. Really clean and tidy and had everything you could wish for. The pool and hot tub were great to cool off in in the afternoons. Will recommend your Villa to any friends who are wanting somewhere to stay in Florida. We enjoyed it so much we have allready booked again and are going back to stay in Cathy and Marks Villa next year. Thank you Cathy and Mark.

This was our first trip to America, so I was slightly nervous about booking things up on the internet. Any concerns were quickly overcome by the friendly and efficient dealings with Cathy and Mark. They really do care about the quality of accomodation and helped with advice on theme park tickets to arranging for a sat nav awaiting our arrival at the villa. This shouldnt be over looked because car hire companies charge a fortune for this service! These are the sort of small details that some operators tend to forget about.

The standard of accomodation was first class with ample room for up to 6 people, all furnished to a high specification. There was more than enough room for our family of 4. The pool offered a great way to chill out in an evening before going out and recently purchased poolside furniture offered a relaxing lounge setting.

I didnt realise how much I would ever appreciate air conditioning, let alone a washing machine which meant we didnt have to pack 2 weeks worth of clothes and then start washing upon our return from holiday.
The mangement company for the villa were very friendly and efficient, rectifying the 2 small queries we had promptly and politely.
Overall I would recommend this villa to any family of up to 6 for a wonderful comfortable family holiday.

For us, two adults and three kids, it was the first time making a holiday arrangement via the internet. Over all, the correspondence to the owner, the booking, the villa itself and the handling of the deposit, everything worked fine.
Our booked villa Sandy Ridge offered more space as we need. The lovely and clean furnishings were the reason that we feel very well from the beginning. The kitchen offered all what we need for us five. Also the rest of the furnishing (towel, linen) was clean and enough available. The pool was the big attraction for our kids, but without pool heating a little bit cool. The location of the villa is in a quiet area, on the other hand you are not far from the important locations, like a supermarket or the big parks via the interstate 4.
The result of our vacation, the villa Sandy Ridge had a big impact, that we had an unforgettable vacation time in Florida and we like to say thank you to Cathy and Mark that we could stay at their villa and that everything worked so smooth.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, haben das erste Mal ein Haus über das Internet bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Angefangen über den Schriftverkehr, die Buchung, das Haus selbst bis zur Abwicklung der Kaution alles hat wunderbar geklappt.
Unser gebuchtes Haus Sandy Ridge hat für uns 5 genügend Platz geboten. Die liebevolle und gepflegte Einrichtung hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Küchenausstattung ist für die angegebene Personenanzahl ausreichend. Auch die weitere Ausstattung (Handtücher, Bettwäsche) ist in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden und sehr sauber. Der Pool wurde von den Kindern morgens und abends mit Begeisterung in Beschlag genommen, jedoch ohne Poolheizung ist er ganz schön frisch. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, jedoch ob Supermarkt oder die Interstate 4 alles war innerhalb ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Von der Interstate 4 sind alle gängigen Parks (Disney, Seaworld, Universal) innerhalb einer halben Stunde zu erreichen.
Unser Fazit für diesen Urlaub – Sandy Ridge hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub in Florida erlebt haben und wir danken Cathy und Mark, dass alles so reibungslos geklappt hat und wir in ihrem Haus zu Gast sein durften.

We had a brilliant time in Orlando. Your villa was really beautiful and we did not have one complaint. It was perfectly located, close enough to be wherever we wanted to be within half an hour and yet lovely and peaceful when we wanted to relax. The villa is very well equipped and immaculately cared for. It is also well situated for local amenities i.e supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, golf, all within 5 minutes driving distance. Would definately recommend this to anyone planning a holiday in Orlando !! Thank you Cathy for all your help while we were planning this holiday !!
