Tomb of the Kings Road - what a location !

Great location, great 5* acomodation, fantastic value. The owners seem to have brought the Irish Welcome to Cyprus. The care and attention was unreal - well done.
Wonderful local food and close to beach. The short walk to the Harbour is very nice and we were rewarded with great restaurants and wonderful ambience. Food and drink at th ecomplex was very inexpensive.
April is a great time of the year to visit Cyprus and we will be back. Meantime I am on today to book for my parents. I know I can depend on them being satisfied, if not totally and utterly thrilled. It is easy to recommend your wonderful Cypriot getaway.

Stunning house in the ideal location

Stayed 23rd August til 6th September 2009.
What can we say,it was a perfect holiday in a great location and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We were picked up at the airport by Patricia and David and on the journey to the house we were given our own guided tour. On arrival at the house we were very pleased with the first impression of the complex and house, but stepping inside was without doubt the best accommodation we could possibly have imagined. It looks even better in real than it does on the website. The house was spotless and everything you could want was in the house.
The location was such,that a two min walk to the bus stop enabled you a 5 min bus ride to the harbour in one direction or a 10 min ride to Coral bay in the opposite direction. There are plenty of places to eat and drink around the local area or if you are feeling fit, the harbour takes roughly a 30 min walk.
We ate at Karlinas a couple of evenings and the food was excellent especially the kleftiko which was the best we had tasted. We didn't have a bad meal at any time in our two week stay.
The complex was very clean and the snack bar was very good value for money.
There was a problem with the air conditioning when we arrived but it was sorted within a few hours with one phone call to Patricia.
We were a little surprised to see building work at a new complex behind the house but we found the noise no problem at all and barely noticeable.
If you go to Coral bay I would suggest the next beach down from the main one, as it is far less crowded and yet the beach is fantastic.
One thing to mention is, with the exchange rate at the moment, things generally seem a little more expensive than when we visited Cyprus 3 yrs ago, although I should think it is the same in most of europe at this time.
All in all a great holiday in a great location and a fantastic house.

August 2009 2 weeks of heaven

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this beautiful townhouse.It was a great location. It is the best property we have stayed in since using holiday rentals.co.uk.The beds are so comfy,there is so much space in the house .The snack bar is such good value & great service.The townhouse was spotless when we arrived,the pick up was so well organised - Dave Roberts and his wife were wonderful and so helpful from the moment we stepped off the plane . We were grateful for the welcome pack.We would certainly recommend this townhouse to anyone. In the whole 2weeks we ate out everynight(except one night when we ordered an indian carryout and it was delivered with no hazzle) We never had a bad meal the whole holiday ."Chloe's " chinese restaurant is great."Artio Brasserie" ,is great value with the 12euro for 3course deal .The "Devonshire" is just round the corner and we ate their twice.My husband always gets bitten by "Mosiquitos " in every country in the world- but not once in Cyprus.No ants, no horrible flying things in the whole two weeks -which is such a bonus. .The worst thing about this break was -Coming home - no one was ready to come home as we still had loads of restaurants and beaches to explore .next time we would hire a car for longer than 3 days as there is so much to see and do.

We have just come home from a 7 day stay at this property, and have to say , if anything, it is nicer than it looks in the pictures. Set in an ideal location and close to two fantastic restaurants (Chloe's and Olivettos).
In addition there is an excellent snack bar offering fantastic value next to the pool.
We have staid in Villas in Paphos on several occasions but this find is the best yet. For those who want to locate it on Google earth, it is opposite the Venus Beach hotel.
Thanks to Patricia for looking after us and for the welcome pack that was thier on arrival.
We will be back !

The description of location/ layout/ facilities was accurate.
the property was new and well maintained. the owners were very helpfull.i would recommend this property for any time of the year.we like golf and played at stada and secret
valley.All restaurants were in walking distance and we recommend any in the harbour area.

Beautiful town house in a great location for walking to the beach (5mins), shops, tavernas, restaurants and heritage sites. On a bus route, near a health spa and very quiet location which suited myself and my wife.
The large pool and basic gym were ideal for keeping fit.
I play golf tennis and scuba dive so this was a great spot for doing these activities.
My wife is a keen walker and artist so this location was ideal for her as the Akamis peninsular and Troudos Mountains are not that far away by car or bus.
Clean, modern, picked up at airport, wine waiting for us, what more could you ask for. Ideal for walking or hiring a car.
Would definitely use again , great value!
Have already recommended this particular property, for off season - to my friends.
Weather is great off season , not too hot, just warm enough for the beach and swimming.
Loved the art work in the property, we have purchased some for our house back home.
All in all a fantastic experience...
