Tropical Oasis

Many thanks John and Lynne for the use of your wonderful house. You have provided every conceivable living item with a modern tropical twist. And it is perfectly prepared by Carolyn. We appreciated the extra luxuries such as wi-fi connection, multi-channel flat screen TVs in lounge and master bedroom! And of course the fantastic pool which maintained a bath-like 90F throughout. But the real deal is the quite oasis that guests can return to after a hectic day enjoying all that Florida can offer.

Wow!! Just got back from the best two weeks of relaxtion ever. what a great house.
Have been to Bradenton before but this was much better. relaxing by the pool 20 mins drive to Anna Maria Island, Fishing on the Rod and Reel pier , and watching dolphin's. We were lucky to see a Manatee swim past as well.
Standard of the House was exceptional. No complaints. Impressed that the owners call on the first day to check everything is ok. Welcome pack was just what we needed on arrival after a nine hour flight.
Only one problem dont really want to tell you how good it was, in case the next time we want to book it someone else will have snapped it up

We spent one week in august 2009 and we thank Lynne and John for the quality of the rental and their sense of the service. The house is really well organise and decorated in good taste. The pool is really agreeable and the children had a lot of fun playing in it. The neighbourhood of the house is very quiet and the view on the lake, from the pool, is very nice with the possibility to see a variety of Florida birds.

Excellent Villa

Thanks John & Lynne for the use of your villa.
Without a doubt it is a lovely place with all the amenities you could wish for in a holiday home. Obviously you have put a lot of thought into the place and with its central location for great beaches, countless restaurants and never ending shopping opportunities there is not much more that can be done to make a holiday enjoyable.
As return visitors we found an excellent restaurant only 5 minutes away from the villa - The Lazy Lobster (info in the guest book). Really an excellent meal and service - would recommend to anyone.
Rent this place, you won't be disappointed!

Little bit of paradise

We spent 3 weeks int his beautiful house in April/May and had a fantastic holiday. The house is beautifully furnished and we felt so relaxed in it, it was just like coming home to our own house each day. You have thought of everything John & Lynne to make a holiday complete. The villa is in a great situation for beaches, Malls, restaurants or whatever else you may want to do. The pool was fantastic and the views over the lake superb, especially at sunset. We will definately be coming back. Thanks again John & Lynne for the use of your beautiful home.

Nothing but Fabulous

We came on business and didn't expect anytime to relax but as soon as you walk into this property you cannot help but feel instantly chilled. The accommodation itself is outstanding and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The neighborhood is very pleasant and getting around the area was so easy.
The directions and lists of places to go was more than helpful. Whilst staying at the villa we did eat out most nights however the kitchen is equipped to a high standard. We would recommend Bonefish Grill and definately the beach house for our top places to dine out.
We took a drive over to Disney which was simply unforgettable and on our way back we stopped off at the Millenia Malls which were amazing for any girl who loves to shop.
We couldn't have asked for anything more, this place is simply perfect!!!

We have just spent a couple of weeks at your villa for my parents' 60th Birthdays and I cannot thank you both enough for the warm, welcoming home from home that you and your villa gave us. We had the most fantastic time, the villa was even better than the pictures show; thoroughly clean, spacious, everything required we found with ease and tastefully decorated to a high standard. Carolyn was very helpful with advice on the first day then left us to it, which we appreciated.
The location was ideal and we found everything we needed from beaches, restaurants and shopping all within very easy reach. Your helpfulness and thoughtfulness made this a very special trip for us all and we do hope to return (we will definitely be booking your villa if we do).

Winter golfers

We came on holiday to Florida to play golf, chose Bradenton as the location, and chose this house to stay in for 12 nights. On arrival we found the house to be slightly overwhelming, immaculately cleaned, a welcome pack in the fridge, fabulous pool, huge king size bed in the master bedroom; everything just how we could have imagined it to be like.
The owners have given a lot of attention to detail in getting this house to a wonderful standard. They even gave us a call from the UK to ensure we had 'found everything we needed'. The properety manager also dropped by to ensure all was well.
Bradenton itself had lots to offer; the golf, beaches, watersports, food, beer.... ; the list goes on. If you are looking a place to stay in the Bradenton/Sarasota area I would recommend this house to anyone. After all, what more could you want after slogging it out on the golf course to come back 'home', a spot of fishing on the lake, or even an afternoon power nap to get you ready for the evening. Truely brilliant time and will be going back next year.

Owner's Response: We strive to keep our house in an immaculate condition. In addition to having a very diligent manager (who lives around the corner) we visit the property at least 3 times a year to ensure our high standard is maintained.
