Paradise in Portugal

The Villa was ideally located, peace and tranquillity with the option of bustling towns only 15 minutes away. The property was in exceptional condition, immaculately clean and very well maintained. The lay out works well for families and large groups alike with lots of external space to enjoy a quiet read. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would require for family dinning and the barbeque was an added bonus, to give us mums a well earned rest.The facilities were excellent, the swimming pool was well used, even although we visited late October, and the surround sound didn't disturb the neighbours! I would definately recommend this property to friends and family ( although I really want to keep this little gem to myself)

We (2 families) spent here lovely week in October with sunny and warm weather enjoying a lot of our stay.The Villa was much more than we could ever imagine. We absolutely fell in love with it! Whole villa was decorated with really good taste and Maroccon style was facinating. Facilities were extremely good, house layout well planned since bedrooms were on the other end and "living" area on the other. The house was very clean and some nice extra was that the cleaning lady came also during our stay. If something can be hoped for, a radio would have been nice (antenna cable missing) and solar heating for the pool during the "winter" months would be nice. Even though we Finns can survive the cool water :-)
But the best of all was the service of the house owner! Thanks a lot Joao for all the help and assistance you gave us before and during our stay. Your service was the best we have ever experienced.
We definately recommend this place for people who look for a genuine location to stay and enjoy tranquility among the olive trees. Having own car (it is a must) the nearby villages and towns are not far away to visit. We hope to be back someday!

We stayed with our children (5+7) and my parents (60's) and had a great time the first week in June. The house and pool were very clean and the location was perfect. If you wish to have a holiday in a house not overlooked and with great views of the countryside, then you should book this villa now. Approx 30 minutes from Faro airport but close enough to the motorway to enable easy links to all the coastal towns and villages. Evening time with a glass of wine overlooking the olive trees is perfect to ensure you relax during your stay. The villa decor is also lovely. Pleasing to note the pictures are accurate on the website and in many ways do not do the house or location justice. A great stay we would repeat. Thanks.

This villa is amazing! It was very clean, exactly like the pictures posted and spacious enough for the eight of us. Located in the picturesque hills its perfect for quiet relaxation and also central enough to the local towns and villages, this combination makes it a wonderful location. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook three meals a day; including a range of pots and pans, bake ware, an immersion blender, juicer, and coffee pots. Decor is superb, the owner obviously has some flare in this department and to top it off the house and pool area have been fitted with speakers which makes for good entertainment. We enjoyed many days by the pool and evenings watching the sun set over the distant hills.
The owner was very gracious and informative which assisted us prior to and during our stay. He gave us info on the local area and a few excellent restaurant recommendations. Truely a great experience.

A place to enjoy the finest things on earth. This villa gives you your own piece of paradise. Listen to the birds or to the superb sound system – this is the question. We spent one week there and didn’t find the answer.
This property is really as pretty as the pictures on the holiday rentals web site. The description is absolutely accurate. Marvellous views not only from outside but also from inside.
Every room of this large villa has it’s own charm. The owners must have invested plenty of time for the delightful decoration.
Even the bath/shower rooms are so lovely and each is designed in a special colour. You will be surprised.
We found the swimming pools of very high quality, clean and well looked after. There were lots of sunbeds and plenty of space around the pool to relax and sunbath.
Most places of interest are easy to reach by car and the villa is in a good location to many beaches and airport.
Safe parking place on the property.
Everything was kindly organized for a nice stay with plenty of nice details. The owner provided the best customer service we ever had.

We have just spent a week in this lovely villa.We all loved it and did not want to leave.The property is in a quiet location with fabulous views from all the outside sitting areas.Outdoor sofas and cushions with beautiful sunsets over the countryside.The decor is very moroccan in style with generous size rooms .The pool area has comfortable loungers and good quality furniture.
It was very clean and had excellent kitchen equipment.We cooked every night shopping locally and in Faro supermarket.I would reccomend this villa for any age group,its ideal for parties with the sound system by the pool and no close neighbours! The owner was very friendly and welcomed us in ,he showed us local shops and sent text to make sure all was well.Only 20 mins or so from Faro airport.I would certainly go again,the only thing wrong was pool too cold to swim in April ,looked soo inviting ,a little solar heater would take the chill off for early and late season which could be switched off in summer would make the place faultless! A car is essential for this property.

5 ***** Top Villa mit Top Charme! Kurz gesagt, wir ( 4 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder ) haben 2 sehr schoene Wochen hier verbracht. Die Bewertungen vor uns entsprechen allen den Tatsachen. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig mit weitem Blick ins Gruene, ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, der Service vom Vermieter ist nicht besser zu machen. Einkaufen Fahrtzeit 10 Min, Strand 15-20 Min, Nachtleben 25 Min.- PKW ist ein Muss! Nochmals vielen Dank an die beiden Reinigungsdamen und Obrigado- August 2009

Wir haben ein Luxus-Domizil mit traumhaften Ausblicken inmitten der Natur gefunden. Die Fotos können nur zum Teil andeuten mit wie viel Liebe und Geschmack die Besitzer diese Villa eingerichtet haben. Jeder Raum hat eine besondere Note. Sogar drinnen vom Wohn- und Essbereich hat man einen weiten Ausblick über Mandel- und Olivenbäume in eine hügelige Naturlandschaft.
Der Außenbereich ist ebenso perfekt durchdacht, so dass jeder von uns nicht nur einen Lieblingsplatz hatte.
Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde nach einem stürmischen Tag zwischendurch gereinigt, obwohl wir nur eine Woche dort waren. Die netten Putzdamen wechselten nach Ankündigung zwischendurch die Handtücher. Der Service des Besitzers war der beste, den wir jemals gehabt hatten. Schon vor Urlaubsbeginn erhielten wir nützliche Informationen und so war die Vorfreude perfekt.
Frischen Fisch und sehr gutes Obst kann man in der Nähe auf den lokalen Märkten und auch im Supermarkt bekommen. Da wir am Samstag angereist sind, war es für uns sehr erfreulich, dass der nächstgelegene Supermarkt auch am Sonntag geöffnet hat.
Wir haben die hübsche Stadt Tavira mehrmals besucht aber auch die beliebten Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Es ist kaum zu glauben, dass man in kürzester Zeit aus dieser ruhigen Natur zum Flughafen gelangen kann. Ein Plus ist auch, dass unser Auto mit auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück parkte.
Die Villa empfehlen wir ganz besonders für Romantikurlaub zu zweit oder befreundete Paare oder eine nette grössere Familie.
