Reviews of Property: Venice - Large Studio (35 m2) in Historical Center

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy with the appartment. It's location in the Ghetto is perfect as you get to be away from the crowds. There are resturants and supermarkets within walking distance. Finding the apartment and receiving the keys is very well organised and Marco replies very quickly to any queries. I have stayed in Venice before and think that this apartment is great value for money. I would return again. Just remember to close the windows if you want to keep out the mosquitos - but I think this is a general Venice problem and not related to the apartment.

My husband and I stayed in Marco's apartment for one week. The location was by far the best attribute! In a quiet residential area, but restaurants, bakeries, grocery, anything, is less than 5 minutes walking distance. There are two Vaporetti stops just blocks from the house, making commuting extremely easy, although we were able to walk everywhere! The apartment was perfect for two people, had a full kitchen which we used daily for preparing meals. Marco was great, and easy to work with, and he is very helpful with information before you arrive! This is definitely the way to go, you get so much more than you would from an average hotel, and you can't beat the savings. We would definately come back and stay here again!!

We had a lovely time in Venice , what a beautiful place ! The flat was really comfortable , and was like a nice retreat after walking around every day ! It was really clean and really well equipped , the location is perfect ( a taste of the proper Venice , we recommend the osterias around !), Christina who met us and took us to the flat , was very nice and helpful . We had a wonderful time !

Many thanks for a great stay at your apartment. We loved the quiet location and easy access to the water bus station. Cristina met us at the train station and showed us to the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped and we were able to cook many of our meals during our stay. We would recommend this property and return for a second time.

We stayed in this apartment in two for five days and had a really good time there. It's located in a beautiful area of Venice that's not very crowded by tourists but everything you need you can find nearby: a lot of nice restaurants and bars where you eat and drink well, food shops, baker's etc. When we arrived Cristina met us at the station and brought us to our 'home', she was really nice and we could contact her for every information we needed. We found the flat beautiful, spacious and exceptionally well-equipped. Especially the kitchen contains everything you may desire: if you need a food-basic for cooking or something like a toothpick – only look a bit around, you can be sure to find it! There is a good four-flame gas stove so cooking is comfortable like at home. You also find a large and good choice of informations, literature about Venice, maps and so on. The flat is located in ground floor, in the mornigs there's the sun on the windows - only in the late afternoon it's not very bright and that is the only handicap (but who wants to pass the afternoons at home during a stay at Venice?).There is your own entrance from the street so you have your privacy. We felt very well at this place and would like to come again!
