Our first time in Lisbon was everything we hoped for.
A big Thank You! to the Seguro family. We were delighted to have such kind and helpful guests. They provided us with valuable information about Lisbon's landmarks and Portugal in general. We learned quite a few things.
This apartment is carefully maintained and fully equipped. We found everything we needed in good order. Moreover, it's very close to tube and bus station, 2 shops and ATM.
We highly recommend this holiday home.

We were 3 oldboys,60+, from Sweden,who stayed for 5 days in this fine appartment.It was property clean, well maintained,good beds,fine kitchen and the owner provided us a good service from the beginning, started on internet,to
the day that we left.There are several good restaurants in the neighbourhood and also near to foodshops. So the description was accurate regarding both location and facilities.We absolute recommend this apartment to other. And close to a metrostation and buses made it easy to go all over the town.

Fantastic apartment, very large, bright and clean! There are all you needs during the holidays.
The Seguro family is friendly and nice. The metro station stays at 1 minute walks and arrive in the centre of Lisbon is easy! The neighborhood is quiet and there are supermarkets and shops. Recommended!

We enjoy receiving gests from abroad and make them feel at home while visiting our lovely city.
In fact our apartment is very well located: Metro and Buses are at the door and in 10 or 15 minutes you' ll be in the turistical parts of Lisbon.

Un apartamento genial para pasar unos días y conocer Lisboa y alrededores. Ideal tanto si vas en coche, ya que está muy bien comunicado por carretera, como si vas en transporte público (aeropuerto cerca, metro a la puerta de casa, lineas de autobús...) El piso es precioso y los propietarios muy muy amables. Total discrección e independencia. Si vuelvo a Lisboa repetiré alojamiento.

house and surroundings were neat and clean and well was the fact that both sides of the building had supermarket and ATMs. To move, there is a metro station within walking distance, others I would strongly recommended.

Somos una pareja joven que recomendamos el apartamento especialmente a otras parejas que quieran ,como nosotros, conocer Lisboa. Pensamos que el apartamento esta muy bien comunicado, mediante el metro, con el centro de la ciudad. Además queremos resaltar la amabilidad de los dueños que estan dispuestos a ofrecerte información turistica... En definitiva nuestra experiencia fue fantástica y la recomendamos.

an excellent family place to live for a small family. very nice and cooperative people. the apartment itself is very tidy and nicely laid out with all the facilities. my chidren enjoyed their stay playing games and watching cartoons on a big screen TV. we felt like being in our own house. the metro and bus service is very convinient to get, just outside the building. a lovely experience and wonderful holidays.

Excellent apartment in Lisbon

This cute flat islocated in the center of Lisbon, near the old area of the city and near all main touristic places. The flat is very beautiful, suitable for two people. The owners are very friendly people. If I visit Lisbon again, i will choose it.

To be honest, I would never though that I would enjoyed Lisbon so much that I don't want to go. The apartment is just amazing, what you see in the pictures is what you get.
The owner is the nicest guy I ever met, he is so friendly and he even taken his time off and explain to you the places you can go and enjoy yourself. One day you can take the metro to the New Town and you can find an aquarium and look at the modern side of Lisbon. Another day you can catch the train to the beach and enjoy the lovely sunshine. You can even take a trip to the old town where you will find yourself wondering in a whole different world.
The area is nice and relaxing. It is not far from the Metro (underground) and taxi. The transport is relatively cheap and Lisbon is definitely the city where you can truly find the soul of Portugal.
If I go back to Portugal again I would definitely stay in this apartment. The only downside of this trip is that we don't have enough time to get the know Lisbon better.

My wife and I stayed at this flat for a weekend stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well lit. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything seemed almost new. The bathroom has a nice shower with hot water and good water pressure, and the bedroom was nice and cozy with enough blankets in case you get cold. The living room is large with a dinner table and a nice couch. There is satellite TV with a large hi-def flatscreen if you want to relax and watch the news, sports, or even a movie. There are several English speaking channels as well. The flat also has High Speed internet with WIFI but you have to bring your own computer. The balcony has a great view of the city as shown in the picture. They have a little table for two so you can have a nice meal or just sit and enjoy the view. The location is unbeatable. The Olaias Metro stop is literally next to the apartment building. There is a shopping plaza directly across the street from the flat. Inside, there are restaurants, cafes, and a nice grocery store. It seems to be in a safe residential area. We drove a car and there was free parking spaces available in front of and behind the apartment building.
Finally, the owners are very very kind, accommodating, and professional. They treated us like family. They were easily accessible by phone or email. We honestly couldn't believe what a great deal this place was not only for price but what they offered. We've been traveling a lot and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. We will NOT look for another place to stay when we go back to Lisbon to visit. This place was fantastic! We highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Lisbon for a visit.
