The apartment is very well situated( Times Square with good attractions like Madame Tussauds, the sightseeing cruise...),clean, quiet, the doormen are very nice! The station of subway(Port authority) is really near,furthermore it is a bus station, it permits to go to Woodburry (outlet) and to go to the airports.The owner is very kind, obliging. It was the first time for us( my sister, my first cousin and me) in New York and we want to come back and rent the same apartment.We advice you to rent it, it is perfect!

We spent two weeks in this appartment.On first viewing it does not look as good as the internet photos and does seem a little tired .However this is more than compensated for by the pluses .We felt completely safe - it was extremely convenient for sightseeing and was close to the bus station which was ideal for transport to and from the airport.It contained everything we needed and by making most of our own meals we saved a fortune.There were a couple of issues we took up with the owners and they were resolved in a quick and friendly manner.I have no hesitation in recommending this appt and would certainly book again

This was my third time in NYC( I have rented hotels in the past) Due to travelling with a young child (4yrs) the apartment was ideal for us. We were on the 2nd level, road side and the traffic noise was minimal. (Unless you intend to stay in bed until midday. Ally was the perfect host as were the doormen/women. We always felt safe and everyone was always very helpful. We were a "stones throw" from Times Square and all its attractions. On our last day our flight was not until 6:00pm, due to having 4 cases plus hand luggage and a stroller, leaving early would have been extremely difficult. Ally allowed us to stay in our apartment until it was time to leave for the airport. What hotel would allow this? (without a daily charge). Once again thankyou for making our holiday so comfortable. We will definately be returning and we will definately be passing the details to our family and friends. Thankyou Sam, Daniel, Lauren and Kai apt 201 ( 10/24/09-10/31/09)

I would recommend this apartment to anyone first of all cause the owner, Ally. She was a most pleasant and helpful host; we asked her to change apartment cause it was next to the motorway/bus station and it was a little bit noisy and she moved to another one. Both apartments were clean and well maintained. Moreover she let us leave our bags in the apartment, giving us another full day in NYC.
Also the doormen/girls were very nice. I recommend the studio, excellent value for money. Thanks Ally, hope to came back soon

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. This was nothing like the pictures on the website! It was dirty, grubby and the air conditioning prevented any chance of a good nights sleep.
The location was not ideal either, it was right next to the motorway/bus station and was therefore very noisy. There was nothing else on this street and felt a little out of the way.
The owner was not very friendly at all and made us feel as though we were an inconvienience.
I was very disapponted in my stay here. Thankfully we did not need to be in the aprtment very much as New York is fantastic and had so much for us to see and do that we were out sight seeing all day and night.
Our choice of apartment was the only thing that spoiled an otherwise fantastic holiday to New York City.

I also believe that most people really appreciate our efforts and to stay with us. However, Gerry was not somebody you would want in your home,( trust me on this one) and we must admit that we regret our invitation. Great studio in Times Square

The studio is very good! They had everything we´ve expected and more. It is comfortable and clean.
Our first impression was that the studio wasn´t very good located because the 41 street between 9 and 11 is not very nice. But imediately we´ve changed our minds.
The neighboorhood is very safe, there is a police station near, the studio have doorman 24hs/day and we went back always through the 42 st (where the subway is). And the location couldn´t be better, in the heart of Manhattan with a subway just two blocks away. We felt that Times Square were home!
The atention from the owner is excellent!
We recomend the studio and if we go back, we´re going to stay there again.

We visited for a week this summer and enjoyed our stay at the apartment. There were four of us (Dad, Mom and 2 teenage girls) and we had plenty of room (however, we girls did take up most of the bathroom space, but my husband is bald and didn't need much space - ha!). Ally was a most pleasant and helpful host.
Centrally located to the best spots in the City. We took the Subway every where else.
Super family vacation! We hope to return!

The description was accurate and our apartment was clean and well maintained with a very comfortable bed . Excellent value for money. Our apartment looked out on to the main bus station roads but this was not a problem, in fact this room was quieter than others we have stayed in. Lots of lovely local markets and sights. Ally was extremely helpful and obliging when we needed to leave our bags, giving us another full day in NYC. We will definitely be staying again.

I really liked the appartment! I wish we could have stayed longer!
The appartment is great located! It is so close to a lot of attractions like Times Square, Broadway, Macys etc!
Of course it was not always quite but for an appartment in Manhattan it is really quiet i guess.
I loved to sleep in the bed, it was really comfortable!
The appartment is really save, because the doorman is always there and if not he knocks the door so nobody can come into the house!
The owner is really really nice, and helpful! The first night our mattress was broken, but the next day the owner just brought directly a brand new mattress! Thanks again for that!
Along the street is a homeless center but! there are always policemen around and you can cross the street so we felt very safetly! And we come again to that appartment!
