DEFINITELY LOVELY AND WONDERFUL IN EVERY WAY !

Karen's lovely flat was definitely what she promised and more ! Our family of 4 was so at home that we were reluctant to leave at the end our stay of 9 days. The moment we stepped out the front door on our last day, we missed it already. The flat was clean, well maintained as well as well provided for. The travel information provided were really useful too.
The location was excellent...busses right to central london were literally at your doorstep, the train station is just a really short walk away, and with Tesco at the corner for purchase of daily conveniences.
Food at Streatham is much cheaper than central london, obviously. We had our breakfast/brunch at this little family restaurant 'Vivaldi' at the main road every single day, the food there is really good and value for money with excellent friendly service too. Do try it if you are looking for good food and too tired to cook.
To Karen and family, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return in future if your lovely flat is still available for rental. Take care.
Warmest regards,
Samantha and family

Fantastic holiday in a fantastic apartment.

Hello,

I can say that the apartment corresponded to my expectations.
It’s quiet, and allowed me to enjoy great moments of rest, after long days of sightseeing.

In addition to being equipped with everything that I need for every day usage, I liked the fact that there is free internet.

About transport, I can share, that the proximity of the train station and bus stop, are value positive, when you think about renting this apartment, because we are minutes from center of town.

It should also be noted that all the details present at the announcement, match to what we can really found in the apartment.

I definitely recommend this apartment to my friends.

A great London Holiday

My two daughter's and I really enjoyed our stay in this remarkably clean and attractive home. Having a lovely private garden to sit in was so nice. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and quite convenient given it's location outside of the City centre. Plus, riding the bus, train and tube in London is always an interesting experience! I highly recommend the purchase of an Oyster Card to make transit travel easy and affordable.

The apartment's proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and transit was ideal. The personal assistance on arrival and the information and maps provided were very helpful. We look forward to returning!

We enjoyed your bright and sunny "Delightful Garden Flat" and felt right at home! Everything was clean and in order. This flat is so quite! The only sounds in the morning came from the open window...... birds singing and enjoying the garden. This flat is an easy walk to food markets and restaurants. Bus and tube connections are also close and easy to manage. The flat makes it easy to enjoy London sightseeing and then come back to a peaceful retreat away from the busy big city. We felt every bit of a "local" in no time at all. Thanks for being part of our very memorable English Holiday!

Comfortable and well equipped

We had a really nice holiday in London and were very satisfied with the apartment. It was comfortable, well equipped and we appreciated the effort put into interior design - although we were afraid to stain the white chairs! The description regarding location, layout and facilities was accurate, and the property was clean and well-maintained.

Getting to London city and back was very easy, and we tried several routes: by rail to Victoria, by bus all the way or bus to Brixton and underground from there. We had bought travel cards to be able to go on Southern Rail, as we learned that they did not take Oyster Cards. There were grocery stores close to the apartment and there was always one open even though it was Easter. There were several restaurants in the neighboorhood, although we only tried one of the pubs (which was not that good).

The owner had left notes which were most helpful, and we found our way around without difficulty. The owner also supplied us with useful material like "Eat cheap in London", which helped us find nice places for lunch.

We would definitely recommend this property to a friend!
