We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had a lovely fortnight at the apartment in July 2011. It was very clean and tastefully furnished. The bathroom is tiny but as long as you don't mind waiting is fine to use.
The pool is clean and good for swimming.
We found it essential to have a car to get from a to b, but could always park it.
We corresponded with the owner beforehand who was informative and quick in all her responses and she updated her website with a map location after one conversation.
Pervolia is easy to walk to and has several Cypriot restaurants as well as English bars with free wifi. Larnaca is very pleasant with many eateries and nice beaches.

A tastefully clean furnished apartment walking distance to the beach (20 min) but a car is needed if you have children and its the height of summer! The beach is pleasant and shallow with sun beds and loungers for hire. The complex communal pool is kept clean and has loungers and umbrella's and the communal showers are ideal to reduce shower queues in the apartment in the evening. The location of the apartment is ideal as it is a little out of Pervolia village but near enough to walk even with a 4 year old and a two half year old who had a great time at the village festival! Local restaurants are within walking distance – to the left is a wonderful taverna run by London Cypriots catering for all likes and dislikes. The Fish restaurant next door is excellent but a little pricey. Hire car is needed if you want to travel further and see the sites. The agents were quick in replacing blown bulbs and providing us with a spare key. Jayne is excellent with communication by email and telephone. The balcony (at the moment) is not suitable for very young children but having spoken to Jayne she is keen to investigate ways of making it suitable. Overall we had a great time and I will not hesitate to keep this in mind for next year (annual Cyprus holiday makers!) and I am happy to recommend it to friends and family.
