Reviews of Property: Large villa. Private pool, airconditioning near beaches, bars, restuarants+golf

Just spent a week with my girlfirend and 4 other firends in this villa and have thoroughly enjoyed our time in Mojacar.
Upon arrival the directions and entrance to the villa were simple and instructed well. I recommend having the welcome pack option for arrivals as it is good value for £30.

Mid week during our stay the boiler stopped working which meant no hot water in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. All it took was a quick phone call to Coastal Properties and within 30 minutes of the call the problem was dealt with and the plumber fixed the issue that day. Fantastic response.

The villa is spacious enough for 6 people and the pool area is great, ideal for waht we wanted. We took our sky card whcih worked perfectly on the odd occasion that we wanted to watch t.v. to chill out.

The local area is nice but very quiet, possibly the time of year (september). Several good restaurants on the beach and further up the road is the 'strip' where you can get your typical 'spanglish' style bars and clubs etc. Didn't really venture in to this area too much to be honest.

Local areas such as Mojacar village has great views and Vera has an excellent market on Saturday mornings, so definately recommend hiring a car to get around much easier.

For a relaxing holiday in a great villa i would definately recommend for an actvity based holiday i.e. Jet Skiing, Speed boats etc i didn't find any unfortuantely but that really didnt spoil our time in Mojacar.

We have just returned from our second fabulous holiday in Casa Kapalua. The large villa has everything you could possibly need for a peaceful & relaxing holiday in lovely Mojacar. The new kitchen is very smart and we loved the large American fridge/freezer. The pool and outside areas really came into their own in the fabulous sunshine and are very well looked after. It is nice having two separate outside dining areas & we loved sitting on the side terrace in the evening with a few bottles of wine, listening to the locals enjoying their pool. There are some very nice local restaurants, but we also enjoyed cooking for ourselves on the barbeque with excellent produce available in the supermarkets.

All in all, we had a fabulous time and didn't want to leave. Hope to visit again sometime.

We spent an excellent week at the end of August in the casa Kapalua in Mojacar.
Very clean and well maintained, the house, the swimming poll and the garden are perfect for a familiy with children or tee agers. All around is quiet. We appreciate the air conditionned.
The view from the garden to the old village of Mojacar is splendid.
The beaches are not far from the house, the sea was warm and the sand was clean.
We recommand it.

Just returned from our second holiday at this location, was a little cautious if it would be as good as it was last year, however if anythihg it was better, it felt comfortable from the moment we unlocked the gates.
the property was once again imacuately turned out, the fridge stocked with the optional welcome pack (well worth having). The children were in the pool within the hour, this also was spotless with the gardens maintained to a high standard, such colour.
The property is so well situated with the sun over the pool and terrace from early morning to last thing at night, the lights of Mojacar Pueblo shimmer in the distance.
It is but a short walk to the beach, with a very short car journey giving access to a variety of alternative beached.
There is a selection of well stocked supermarkets to hand, for those that wish to eat out there is an abundance of restaurants, catering for every taste and pocket. Have to mention the restaraunt around the corner SOLO, an excellent meal!
The owners are very helpful in the information that they provide, and seem very keen to ensure that everyone has a good holiday experience.

A perfect villa in every way with the owners thoughtfully providing just about everything a holidaymaking family could wish for - clean well maintained swimming pool, pretty garden completely enclosed so safe for children/pets, air conditioning to banish any stickiness, wonderful mosquito screens to keep the little blighters out (in fact this was the first holiday none of us were bitten!), a comfortably furnished spotlessly clean villa and well equipped with lots of plates and acrylic "glasses" to avoid any breakages and safety problems with drinks around the pool, sunloungers etc. Location good, about a ten minute walk to the beach so in high season a car with air conditioning would be strongly recommended. If we ever go back to Mojacar then we would book this villa again. Our thanks and best wishes to the owners from Debbie and Joe.

We've just returned from a wonderful hot and very relaxing week in Mojacar. The villa was excellent, very well equipped and everything you could want. The pool & outside area is very spacious and it is great that there are secure gates at the front of the property so our children aged 2, 5, 9 and 13 could play safely and securely. There was plenty of room to park the 2 cars we hired at the front of the villa. We would highly recommend Casa Kapalua & will definitely be booking it again. The picture of the front of the villa doesn't do this exceptional villa justice - it really is a hidden gem.

We've just returned from a wonderful relaxing holiday in Mojacar. The villa was excellent, it was very homely & immaculate as well as having everything you could wish for. The pool & outside areas were of a very high standard & our 6 year old daughter spent her whole time swimming. I've just booked Casa Kapalua for another 4 weeks. This will be our 6th year there. It's a great villa in a lovely location; it's got everything you need for a holiday, a great pool and terrace for sunbathing, very private, but near the beeches and bars and restaurants. Very comfortable and warm in winter. I would recommend this villa for families and friends.
