we stayed here in june and would like to say that this is the best apartment location wise that we have ever stayed in, the apartment was very clean and comes with everything you need apart from towels as you have to take your own which is a bit of a pain due to luggage restriction etc. the balcony is fab as its really big with a sitting area and a dining area we too didnt use the lounge as it wasnt needed, the only downside was the sunbeds, in need of an update as they were very old and heavy apart from this a lovely place to stay for all nothing nicer than sitting with a glass of wine watching the jet skiers early evening. Just to point out we ate at manolos which is left out the back of the apartments and up the hill they were soooo friendly and the food was excellent worth a visit thanks to the blacks for providing what they advertize kim alam& family

Having once owned an apartment in Mallorca I knew the location, so that was a good start. On making initial contact it was soon clear that the owners were friendly and keen to help in all matters.
The apartment is delightful with lovely views of the sea and opposite coastline. As we now live in an apartment over the sea we felt completerly at home. Local restaurants are varied and the staff most helpful as is the concierge should you need assistance. We can recommend this to discerning holiday makers.

An excellent apartment with wonderful views from the balcony. The apartment itself was very clean, well equipped and comfortable.
There was four of us in our party, my husband is blind and our two boys aged 3 and 9 are both partially sighted, hence holidays can be quite stressful affairs. However this was the most relaxing holiday we have had in years and my husband found the apartment easy to get around. It was lovely to be able to sit on the large balcony looking out to sea and watching the world go by.
The only problem we did encounter was trying to walk along the seafront to the beach, the path does get quite uneven and narrow in places and I would not recommend walking this way for anyone with mobility problems. However the walk to the beach down the street although on a slight hill is very easy even with a pushchair.
The owners were very informative and gave an excellent service and we are hoping to return in October. Thank you for an excellent holiday.

My husband, myself and our 2 children had a perfect vacation thanks to the very comfortable accomodations. The apartment contained everything we needed to feel right at home, the beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We never used the living room or dining table as there is a sitting and a dining area on the balcony. The pool is extra large and very clean, but if you prefer the sea, it's only a few steps further. One added plus, the neighbors in the building and the building caretaker are very friendly. We are already planning a return visit.

We have stayed at this apartment at Florymar twice and would heartily recommend it to anyone. On our most recent visit at Easter 2009, the apartment had been improved since our original visit in Summer 2006 with a new large screen TV, improved settees and soft furnishings.

The view from the balcony across the bay is magical and the size of the balcony is enormous (extending in width across both the living room area and master bedroom) with tables, comfy reclining chairs and full size sun beds. Relaxing on the balcony watching the sea, plethora of boats, windsurfers, and sea birds is so relaxing.

The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious with excellent facilities and British Sky channels on the new large TV. It has excellent air con and fans (not needed at Easter) and lots of books, games, spare swimming accessories and resort information to use. The apartment is very secure with pin number access on all doors and is well maintained by a friendly resident local.

There is a bakers directly opposite the entrance to the apartments serving fantastic fresh bread, rolls and pastries made daily on the premises, making breakfast on the balcony just perfect.

There are numerous local restaurants and bars all around the apartments and plenty of places to catch the footie or soaps, if you don't fancy staying in.

We do not usually believe in returning to the same apartment/resort every year as there are so many places to see and explore but Florymar is one that has drawn us back for two cracking holidays.

Finally, the owners Peter and Carol are a joy to deal with and do everything possible to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Although there is no car parking space for visitors, there is a nearby car park a few minutes walk away which is free and normally available.

My mother and I have recently returned from a week's stay in this apartment in Santa Ponsa.
The apartment is absolutely immaculate and beautifully furnished. The price to rent this apartment was a little more than others, but well worth the extra as it had everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay, and much more than I have ever come across before. The kitchen was very well-equipped which meant cooking in was very easy.
The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking, right over to the other side of the bay. As all the apartments are privately owned, many were uninhabited during our visit (mid september) which means we had the pool to ourselves every time we wanted to swim and there were very few children around or anything that caused any noise. Many of the apartments are owned by Spanish, so you don't bump into too many other tourists, so it's like a little oasis in Santa Ponsa!
It was so peaceful and yet centrally located within easy reach of the sandy beach and shops right outside the apartment block.
We could find no fault at all with this apartment and Peter and Carol provided a comprehensive info sheet with everything we wanted to know.
We would have no hesitation in returning and highly recommend this apartment to everyone except possibly those with very young children.

We first stayed in the apartment in July 2007 and enjoyed the experience so much we returned in July 2008. The apartment itself is spacious, well equiped and very comfortable. The standard of cleanliness is excellent. We have two children and with air conditioning in both bedrooms a good nights sleep is assured. Without doubt the best aspect of the apartment is the huge balcony which has magnificent views out across the bay. We spent a considerable amount of time on the balcony which is perfect for alfresco dining or simply watching the world go by with a glass of vino. The property is located on a slight hill, however even with a pushchair this is not problematic. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants all within close proximity to the apartment but this does not compromise the peace and quiet that is enjoyed, particularly in the evenings. An information pack is provided by the owners and this gives clear, concise and simplistic information on the apartment and area facilities. We cannot fault the standard of service. We have been visitors to Santa Ponsa on many occasions but this is by far the best accomodation we have occupied in the resort. We have already booked for 2009 and anticipate returning to this fabulous apartment for many years to come.
