Not as expected

Me and my husband just spend 2 weeks in this villa.
As the add stated "This top of the range villa in the best plot in this newest executive development will make your holiday one to remember" - I must say we were disapointed.
1. The pool did not work the first 3 days because of the raining, but no compensation was offered.
2. The big TV in the "cinima" var very bad to watch. It was not calibrated and there where shadows on the text on the screen. When mentioned to owner no efford was made to fix this.
3. Trash bins were missing
4. The house had not been proberly cleaned. All panels where very dusty and basicly the villa looked very used already. The 2 sliding doors to the pool, in the gab between the floor and the windows, were filfhy and not at all cleaned and had dead cokroaces in them.
5. The aircon was good in the house except in the masted bedroom. There seemed to be very very hot at night.
So this was not as excecutive as expected.
Owner's Response: 1. Our pool, along with hundreds of others, was overflown due to hurricane rain and the pool company worked solidly for 3 days to sort it and replenish the chemicals to swim in it safely. . We were in constant touch with the guests to keep them informed.
2. The big TV was simply not adjusted right as it has several settings, We advised guests to look at setting - after this we did not have any feed back during their stay.
3. We responded to guests comments re bins within Half an hour advising them to use trash bags and leave them in garage for our management company, if they could not find the bins.- thus making it easier for them.
4. Our management company pride themselves on the cleans and we have not had any complaints re cleaning from any guests before. Effective pest control in Florida means that insects die on entry perimeter eg patio doors !
5. Our aircon setting is controllable by Guests themselves as our AC controls are not locked. We can only assume setting was set too high.
The guests had only mentioned 1 to 3 and we assumed that we resolved these instantly. The other items were never mentioned to us or to our management company although we were in constant touch over their stay. We would have sorted all these items urgently if they were raised. It is difficult to put right things we are not aware of. Our management company can be at the villa within minutes to sort any of these minor items !
