Excellent apartment in the centre of Lisbon

I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in September this year and thoroughly enjoyed it. Rita was there to welcome me and was very helpful and charming.
It is situated in the centre of Lisbon old town just off a very nice square, Largo do Carmo. It is a ten minute walk from Cais do Sodre station where you can get the train to Cascais and the beaches at Estoril. It is also very close to Rossi Station for trains to Sintra and a short walk to Barrio Alto for the night life (watch out for pick pockets!).
There is a great view from the kitchen to the castle and along to the square from the main living room.
The apartment was clean and tidy (all the plants in the living room meant it smelled lovely) and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you may need. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed. Hot water was served from a gas boiler that Rita will show you how to operate. There is also a computer for internet access.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. It would be ideally suited for a couple or small family, although it may be a struggle to get young babies up the stairs to the 4th floor.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautiful and fun city.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Lissabon-Aufenthalt. Die Nähe zum Zentrum, die Aussicht, alles ok.
Wir waren angenehm überrascht von der liebevollen Einrichtung.
Nett war auch die Begrüßung und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung.
Schade, daß wir nur 2 Übernachtungen bleiben konnten.

Idealer Standort für alle Aktivitäten

Wer mal so richtig wohnen will wie ein Lisboa´ner der ist hier richtig. Wohnung mit viel Charme und idealer Lage. Von hier aus kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen, Lebensmittel, Baecker, Bioladen, Shoppen, Essen gehen, Tram fahren, Theater, U-Bahn und Faehrstation, auch ein historischer Platz mit Cafes und Restaurants ist nur 30m entfernt. Wer den historischen Aufzug kennt dem sei gesagt; die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Tagsueber ist man direkt im Leben und Nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig. In der Wohnung ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden, sogar Gewuerze und Essig / Oel und Kochgeschirr ist reichlich da. Echt Romantisch der Blick ueber die Stadt auf die Burg und wenn Abends die Lichter angehen...einfach toll! Jederzeit wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in einer wunderbaren Stadt, wohin wir sehr gern wieder hinfahren würden und unbedingt weiterempfehlen können. Ideal für mobile Paare, denen das Treppensteigen nichts ausmacht. Wir waren mit unserem 12-jährigen Sohn da und haben es ebenfalls sehr genossen!
Kleiner 'Punktabzug', weil die Küchenausstattung für Vielkocher noch ergänzungsfähig ist und die Matratze im Schlafzimmer etwas hart war.
Besonders erwähnenswert ist jedoch die herausragende und engagierte Betreuung seitens der Vermieterin! Die ganze Familie könnte sich jederzeit für einen weiteren Urlaub über den Dächern Lissabons begeistern!

Dieses nette, freundliche, helle Appartement im Herzen von Lissabon ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Stadtrundgäne und nächtliche Streifzüge. Auch Parken in der Nähe ist kein Problem, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die grandiose Aussicht nach allen Seiten genossen. Die Abwicklung war absolut unkompliziert und die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Wir haben das Appartement bereits weiterempfohlen!

It was great knowing Lisbon from this privileged location and nice apartment. It actually felt like being part of the city! We could as easily see the museums nearby as we had a drink at Bairro Alto - returning home was always just a nice walk away. And home felt like a second home. Meaning: Good host.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week in May. It was just perfect. It was very clean and well equipped. The view was just fantastic. It was lovely to sit and watch the city life down the street. Good restuarants were just a stone's throw away. Public transport was easy to reach - the underground and buses were about 5 minutes walk away. The owner was very helpful and gave us his mobile no. in case we had any problems. The description and photos were very accurate. In fact we thought the photos of the inside of the apartment didn't do it justice as it was more spacious than we had considered. We will definitely be recommending this apartment to relatives or friends wishing to visit Lisbon. All in all we had a lovely holiday. Rebeca
