Modernity and comfort in a historic site

Beautiful tastefully decorated apartment, where everything has been planned with care to make our stay pleasant. Calm and with pleasant temperature in August and yet located in the city centre and easily accessible by car (we've even been able to leave each evening at the bottom of the building) or public transport, close to all tourist sites. Interesting where you can get by foot, except Belem. The flat is in an area also conducive to shopping and restoration.
We have been alternating visits, cultural and leisure sports because it is very easy to leave the city, went to great sandy beaches that are clean and where we practice surfing, wind surfing, kite surfing, sailing ... The owners are passionate professionals who meticulously renovating the building, a beautiful building of the 18th decorated with azulejos.
The welcome is warm and they make us share their best addresses (culture, swimming, restaurants. ..)
A real friendly and quality address to recommend to his friends!

The Apartment is located into the hearth of city, is in good condition and well equipped. There is not lift in this house. First floor suite bedroom offered silent place, where I slept well without disturbing noise.
Upper level balcony is towards evening sun, offering peaceful place to take sun. Martin was really friendly and offered good tips where to visit. In apartment there is also a lot of literature, maps and brochures of Lisbon & Portugal.

This is a great apartment for a holiday in Lisbon. Its very centrally located in Baixa area and is walking distance from a wide range of places to eat, both traditional and modern Portuguese and plenty of other cuisines. The apartment itself is on the top floor and is very bright and well equipped and is a very comfortable place to be.
Thank you Martin and Dinora for a great place to stay and for your hospitality. We had a great holiday and your personalised recommendations were much appreciated. We look forward to staying again and have already recommended the apartment to friends.

This beautifully appointed, well situated apartment was ideal for our holiday in Lisbon.

The apartment is perfect for a great holiday in Lisboa. The location of the place in the heart of Lisboa makes it easy to get around to the many sights.
And the apartment is very nice. It is in perfect condition and is very functional with a good kitchen, two bath rooms - all beautifully decorated.
We can only give the place our very best recommandation.

A September week in down town Lisbon

We had a great week in this beautiful, sunny and fully equiped apartment in the heart of down town Lisbon. Shops, restaurants, terraces, bars and railway station were all very nearby. Property and equipment were well maintained and clean. The warm welcome of the owners was much appreciated. I would certainly highly recommend this place to family, colleagues and friends.

Wir fanden eine sehr gut ausgestattete saubere Wohnung vor, die schnell zum hochgeschätzten Stützpunkt des Aufenthaltes wurde. Beste Betreuung durch den Vermieter mit hervorragenden Restaurantempfehlungen etc. Rundum eine optimale zentrale Wohnung für den Stadtaufenthalt mit Kultur, Stadtleben und Strand. Sportlichkeit erforderlich, da 4.OG, dafür perfekter Stadtblick!

In dieser Ferienwohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Lissabon haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt- und das 2 Wochen lang!
Man hat von dort eine optimale Ausgangsposition um Lissabon und das Umland stressfrei zu erkunden! Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alle Stadtviertel Lissabons ohne Probleme erreichen, und mit dem Zug (Rossio und Cais do Sodre) haben wir auch die Küste und das Hinterland besucht. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und trotz der zentralen Lage in dieser Großstadt sehr ruhig. Vom Vermieter haben wir tolle Insidertips bekommen!
Wir hatten einen tollen, abwechslungsreichen, aber auch erholsamen Städteurlaub!

Top Wohnung im Zentrum von Lissabon

Mit Charme, Chic und Esprit renovierte Altbauwohnung im 5. Obergeschoß. Die Lage zwischen dem Rossio, der Praca da Figuera und dem Praca Commercio ist phänomenal. Das elegante Café Nicole, die Rua Garrett mit den feinen Geschäften alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch zur Metro Station ist es nicht weit.
Wir waren mit dem Gebotenen mehr als zufrieden, können die Wohnung allen nur wärmsten empfehlen. Die Eigentümer haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert und mit weiteren Tipps versorgt.
Für uns steht eines jetzt schon fest:
Lissabon, wir kommen wieder!
Wir waren mit dem Gebotenen mehr als zufrieden, können die Wohnung allen nur wärmsten empfehlen. Die Eigentümer haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert und mit weiteren Tipps versorgt.

Tolle Stadtwohnung mitten in Lissabon

Wundervolle Wohnung mitten im Stadtkern von Lissabon.
Gut durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ist diese Wohnung ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und durch die zentrale Lage kann man die meisten Sehendwürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Falls man doch müde wird, sind zahlreiche Busse und Bahnen nicht weit.;-)
Auch die Aussicht von der Terrasse über die Dächer Lissabons, über die abends die Katzen ihre Rundgänge machen, ist wunderschön.
Zu empfehlen ist das indische Restaurant in der Strasse. Einfaches Ambiente, aber es schmeckt hervorragend.
Kurz und gut: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken den Gastgebern für den netten Empfang.
