Villa Holly Bay

My husband and I stayed at the Villa Holly Bay in March while in Ft Myers to see a Red Sox game. Nicola, the property manager, was very friendly, open to suggestions, and very relaxed. The house is very conveniently located (just over the southern most bridge to Cape Coral) and close to all areas of interest in Ft Myers. The home had recently been renovated and was beautiful. The furnishings were lovely, the beds very comfortable, the pool and patio area quite relaxing. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood very quiet. I loved the indoor/outdoor dining area! The only problem was that we couldn't stay longer! We would stay again. Thanks Nicola!

My wife and I spent two weeks here and our 2 children spent 1 wk.
We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was very clean and everything that we needed was provided to us.
The property manager Nicola was very professional and available to assist us at all times. The owners were also very courteous.
The only negative thing that I could mention was the extra money we had to spend for electricity. The weather was not the warmest and without a cover for the pool I think the extra charge was due to that.
All in all though I would rent this place again and would recommend it to anyone.

The whole family enjoyed our stay at Villa Holly Bay. The home was quiet,clean,comfortable,and conveniently located. We enjoyed the heated pool and fishing on the dock. The neighborhood was peaceful. The home is a short distance to the Red Sox ball park and several beaches. Thanks again Nicola for your quick response to any questions or requests. We would definetly return for another visit.

A nice relaxing visit to Cape Coral. Villa Bay was like a home away from home. A very quiet, peaceful place with everything you needed to relax. We enjoyed the pool, golf and the new large flat tv. Centrally located for everything we wanted to do.

das war das Beste was wir bis jetzt hatten!!! ausgezeichnete Lage in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Haus war perfekt, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und auch die deutsche Hausbetreuung sei lobend erwähnt. Nicola war in jeder Hinsicht sehr hilfreich. Leider waren wir nur 14 Tage im Haus. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Kleiner Tip von uns. Ein kleines Fliegengitter am Fenster im MasterBathroom wäre nicht schlecht.

Wir waren im Juli/August 2009 für 16 Tage in der Villa Holly Bay. Es hat vom Anfang bis zum Ende alles super geklappt. Die vorherige Kontaktaufnahme mit dem deutschen Vermieter via Internet war sehr nett und hilfreich, so das alle Fragen schon im Vorwege geklärt werden konnten. Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt und wir hatten mit 5 Personen einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt.

sehr gute betreuung sowohl vom eigentümer als auch von der deutschsprachigen hausverwaltung vor ort. alle bilder und angaben zur villa entsprechen voll den gemachten aussagen. wir haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt und können diese ferienvilla allen anderen interessenten uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. der ausblick über den kanal war einfach traumhaft. allein bei ca. 30 grad wassertemperatur im übergrossen pool zu liegen und den sonnenuntergang zu beobachten ist eine reise hierher wert. wir würden jederzeit wieder hier urlaub machen. vielen dank für die 14 wunderschönen tage in dieser villa.

Wir waren mit der Familie ( 5 Erwachsene) in dieser schönen Villa. Sie hat eine tolle, extrem ruhige Lage und trotzdem kommt man schnell überall hin. Kurze Wege aus Cape Coral heraus, denn der Ort streckt sich.... Die Beschreibung der Villa entsprach dem Vorgefundenen, in Bezug auf Ausstattung (Handtücher, Pool, Küche ect.), leider gibt es keine deutschen Sender. Internetempfang funktioniert dafür aber gut. Die Lage der Villa an einem "fließenden" Kanal war im Sommer von Vorteil.

Netter Vermieter, nette Betreuung vor Ort. Comfortable saubere Unterkunft, tolle Lage einfach ein super Urlaub.
Einziger Kritikpunkt die fehlenden Verdunklungsrollos in den Schlafzimmern und der Sonnenschirm muss beschwert werden .
