Great Holiday

We visted Canet in June, was brill holiday - everything ran like clockwork and directions and info Kathleen left was first class. We found the area not that dear. We cooked alot and ate out and groceries were cheaper than we thought and wine also - very reasonable!
Would defo come back.

Everything about this apartment lived up to our expectations. The terrace was just fabulous! The apartment is very spacious and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us - just a short walk to the promenade and beach. Kathy was extremely efficient and helpful and we hope to return in the near future.

the appartment has a fantastic terrace , that seems to get the sun all day and evening. Good location, spacious , and we all enjoyed our stay. The pool is also really good to have , as you do get a bit wind swept on the beach.

Our second year in this great apartment in a beautiful part of France.
The weather was fantastic and the location to all amenities in the resort could not be better.
The apartment was clean and well maintained and the resort lively in the middle of August making it ideal for our young family.
Thanks Kathy for another holiday to remember.

Peace and quiet

Apartment is very well equipped - contains everything you could want. Terrace is wonderful, once you get used to visits from Sidney Seagull (or is it Sally?). It was amusing to watch the seagull chips on neighbouring rooftops.
Beach is huge, clean but a bit windy on occasions. NB it seems that you cannot hire beds/sun shades separately from joining one of the "beach clubs" which are pretty expensive (10 Euros per person per day) and in any event were not open in May).
End May/start June is pretty quiet in this part of thr world, but that suited us. Public transport is fine - all bus fares 1 Euro (or 7.50 Euro for ten trips). Took train trips to Collioure and Villefranche where the brave can get the little yelow train further up into the mountains, but this only runs at weekends until the middle of June

Holiday for 2 weeks in the apartment, very well equipped, suberb location, Canet has all amenities, good restaurants,local market. Boat trip from Port Argeles recommended, reasonable prices. Plenty to see and do in and around the Pyrenees. Barcelona just over 1hour on the autoroute.

We had 12 nights in the appartment in July,the terrace is superb + location excellent, 2 mins to beach, staff in beach club very helpful + food superb + v. cheap.We will possibly return in July 09.Canet offers all we needed for a great hol. + surprisingly cheaper than many places in S. France.Must visit Aigues Mortes, it is a superb walled city. Owner Kathy provided all we needed to know + more !!!Recommend highly, great pool for children.

Just returned after a two week holidays in the apartment, had a fantastic holiday, the apartment had everything we needed, very clean and well furnished, light and spacious and is in a lovely location, I loved sitting out on the balcony with the views of the mountains and the ocean, there’s plenty of restaurants close by and the beach is a short walk away, lots of near by place to visit, our favourites being, Collioure, Argeles and St Cyprien, also enjoyed a visit to Andorra which is around a 2/12 hour drive away from the apartment
Kathy was very helpful and replied quickly to any emails regarding more information on the apartment
we will be returning to the apartment again next year and would highly recommend it to others

Excellent Apartment & Location

The apartment is in a fantastic location only 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute stroll to the main central area of Canet with many restuarants and shops. The apartment was spacious, very well furnished and maintained, the balcony was enormous and a great place for dining and relaxing on.
The swimming pool area and the rest of the apartment block was also very clean and well maintained.
Cathy was very helpful and provided additional information when asked, Thanks for a great holiday and we will definately be back in the near future.

What a great holiday in a lovely spacious and excellently situated apartment. The information provided by Kathy was clear and the apartment well maintained and clean. A beautiful and busy resort in the middle of August with lots to see and do. The children have spent as much time as possible in the pool and loved the short walk to the beach. All in all a holiday to suit all ages of our family.
