Reviews of Property: Lago Verde suite 22, luxury 2 bedroom apartment. Stunning Sea/ Harbour views.

We have been to this wonderful apartment many times now and it just gets better and better.
It is extremely well kitted out and is very clean. There was a great choice of DVD's for the kids to watch while keeping out of the midday sun. The views of the sea and the harbour from the huge balcony are magnificent. We spent many a great afternoon by the pool and the kids just loved playing on the pool table. The poolside bar owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. This is such a friendly complex we would recommend it to everyone. The biggest dilemma we had was deciding which of the many restaurants to eat in as they are all excellent.
We hired a car this time but it really is not necessary as everything is within walking distance, even for the kids.

First time visitors to Lanzarote - very impressed with the island and the location of this apartment.A 10 minute walk to the Harbour area with its many bars and restaurants and 20 minutes to "the strip".Great for us cos we like walking and good to use up some calories after a meal!! The apartment was excellent had everything you would expect, clean and comfortable.It had great views from the balcony and you could get the sun all day if you wanted it.Pool area clean and again good views out to sea.Close to supermarket and all facilities.
Would recommend and would go back.

We had a lovely holiday in this apartment which is very well equipped with everything we could have wished for. The kitchen area and the bathroom were both to a very high standard. We liked the collection of dvds. cds and books. The swimming pool was surrounded by plenty of sunbeds for everyone and the pool bar sells drinks, snacks and light meals. We had breakfast most days on the spacious verandah and then spent time sunbathing on the sunbeds. Just a short walk away is the harbour with its many bars and restuarants catering for all tastes. One of the things I liked about this apartment is that it is very quiet and peaceful at nght. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and just can`t wait for next year when we would like to go back..

My wife was absolutely delighted when we entered the apartment The views,the decor,the equiptment and especially the huge balcony were all we could have hoped for.
We enjoyed everything about our holiday on this friendly complex. The pool and pool bar were great and there were an abundance of first class restaurants nearby.
We would highly recommend this apartment.

This is the best holiday apartment we have ever rented. It was clean, extremely well kitted out and with magnificent views over the harbour and sea from the very large and secluded balcony. There must be at least 50 restaurants within 15 mins walking and the beach and shops are close by. The swimming pool and pool bar are to be recommended.
A car is not required although we did hire one on one occasion to go to fire mountain
