Perfect villa!

Our first non-hotel experience in Cyprus (on our 6th visit) and perfect in every way. The villa is equipped with everything you need and having your own private pool is excellent, particularly with the sea view. We saw that lots of other villas nearby didn't have this view and felt we had a significant advantage over them! It's nice and peaceful, private and very relaxing. Close enough to the shops, restaurants and bars to easily walk up but far enough not to be disturbed by the nightlife if that's not your cup of tea. The kitchen is well equipped, and there was a lovely welcome pack of fruit, vegetables and wine which was a really nice start to the holiday.
The villa was very clean, and towels were provided. The garden is very pretty and nicely maintained, and it's a pleasure to spend time by the pool just watching the lizards, butterflies and cats passing by! Air conditioning in the bedroom was an absolute lifesaver as the week we were there was very hot (80+ degrees). It was also great to have a TV with some films (definitely take your own CDs and DVDs if this appeals). We had an entirely peaceful and uninterrupted week - even though there were guests next door this really didn't interfere with our privacy and peace and quiet.
We wrote a lot of recommendations for activities, restaurants etc in the visitors book so if you go do please look them up! My only last tip is to take up the offer of being picked up by the local person (the owner will give you the details if you book) rather than taking a taxi from the airport. This was quite costly (our own fault as we just jumped in without asking price first). We later rented a car from Atlas rentals on the main Coral Bay strip which was good - if you want to explore the coast line etc.
In summary we completely recommend this villa, and we'll definitely be back!

We stayed with our 2 teenage children for one week in this fabulous villa. It was the best holiday we have ever had. The villa was spotless and superbly furnished. We didn't want for anything, it was a real home from home. The garden was a delight, beautifully landscaped. We practically lived in the pool as we had a very hot week. The views across the bay were outstanding. It was lovely to sit in the beautiful surroundings and watch the sun go down. There is an excellent bus service that will take you to Paphos, also there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants close by. Coral Bay beach is within a short walking distant. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing place to stay look no further. We would highly recommend this villa.

We arrived with our 2 small children and found the villa to be clean, the pool immaculate and our fridge stocked with everything we needed for the night, which was much appreciated. As I read again and again in the guest book, the photos here really do not do the views justice, being able to see the sea from the pool is just wonderful, and the views at night over Coral Bay was beautiful - and the pool even has a light so you can enjoy a swim at night. Our kids had a great time and the location is close to everything you need so when we did not fancy cooking, we had access to all kinds of takeaways and restaurants. We found leaflets for many services in the villa and the guest book was a great source of information and tips from previous guests. We had a wonderful family break and would highly recommend this villa!

This was by far the best Villa and Location we have stayed at in Cyprus. Mary the owner was very helpful. A 5 min stroll took you to all restaurants and shops. Could not fault this Villa - Very Clean and Tidy and the views are to die for - We hope to be back

Mary the owner helped us out when we were let down with our previous accomodation and are we glad she did. A truly superb location. The views really are like the ones on the photo's. The location of the villa is unbeatable with stunning views and yet just a few minutes walk to the centre of Coral Bay.
We will definately be back soon.

Margs and Pete, We have just had a wonderful and relaxing holiday,the view is truly amazing! you can almost touch the sea. we have never had a self catering holiday before! the place is so well equipped its like being at home, it had every thing that you might need,very clean, even food and wine in the fridge.After spending our days touring Cyprus,[ very interesting place] we couldn,t wait to get back in time for sun downers over looking the sea. Fabulous restaurants near by, you can walk to.

We enjoyed our stay at Coral Bay. We found the house as it was described and enjoyed the seaview from the pool. The house was clean, well-mainrained and everything was in place. We found the shops and restaurants at Coral Bay Village a bit expensive in comparison to other places in the area.

we spent 2 Fabulous weeks at the Villa....we didn;t want for anything. the shops, Bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance...the beach is about a 15 minute walk and is well worth a visit.
The villa was very Clean bright and airey. the owner had left us lots of infomation booklets about the villa how everything worked etc and lots of info about Coral Bay and Cyprus as a whole. all utensils and equipment was in good working order...The ownerrang us during our stay to see that allwas ok which we appreciated. The rooms were all in excellent order and the view from our Balcony was amazing...never before have we had such a relaxing holiday..we didn;t want to leave. it was very quiet and peaceful around the Villa and very private. we have Booked to go again in May 2009...we can hardly wait.

The Villa Mirrored all the images of the Photo's that were on the internet, we were not disappointed..!! The property was very Clean and Modern.. The owner had left us a basket of infomation about the Villa appliances etc and the Area where we were staying and Cyprus as a whole. this proved invaluable. we had everything we needed at the Villa all provided.... extra Towels, spare sheets pillow cases etc...all Facilities for washing, Cleaning utensils, in fact eveything you needed. the Kitchen equipment was of a very high standard...the welcome pack was Fantastic.. The Pool and Gardens were reguarly maintained...we didn;t want for anything....This was the best Villa that I have ever stayed in...I would 100 % recomend it to Friends and Family. we have already boked to go again next Year.
there is plenty to do in the area by Foot, Bus or car...the restarants in Coral bay are of a very High standard, it is suitable for couples and Families, everyone is very Friendly and helpful. there are 2 supermarkets near by and they cater for your every need.
if there was anywhere I would emigrate to this is the Place....you will have a Great Holiday here....

We had a wonderful relaxing time in this home from home villa. My husband likes to cook and due to the well equiped kitchen he was in his element creating wonderful meals with the local produce! Mary (the owner) was kind enough to come and take us out for a drink one evening and so we were able to pick her brains about the best places to go. We had such a lovely time and can recommend staying here very highly.
