Reviews of Property: Detached Luxury 4 bedroom Villa with a heated screened pool (WI-FI)

Owner provided great customer service and the villa description was accurate. Clean bedding and plenty towels available to guests. Rooms were a good size. Pool was idyllic and was cleaned during our stay. We would use this villa again. Would have been helpful to have a welcome pack of water, juice, eggs, and bread particularly as our flight was delayed by a few hours and we did not arrive at the villa until almost midnight (5am UK time!). This is not a critcism, simply a suggestion and I would have been happy to pay for this prior to arrival. In any case, Perkins is the place to go for a hearty breakfast (as we discovered the following morning!). All in all, value for money, great location and helpful owners.

excellent villa with great south facing aspect. facilities are perfect for 4 and probably for 6. Not overlooked by other properties. Every utensil you could need was their and i dont think i have seen a house with so many TV's. Pool was fantastic. Wifi was good. The most comfortable beds i can recall sleeping in on holiday.
Pool furniture was great.

It was probably slightly nearer to the US 27 than we had appreciated although this did not really cause a problem. The lack of some cover around the pool could be a problem for some.

We had stayed in the same area before so knew the area well noting how close it was to attractions and the main I4 (motorway link).

The photos on the internet really do not do this villa justice. This is the second time we've stayed in a villa in Florida and couldn't imagine staying in a hotel again. The villa was immaculate, in a good location and huge!! The pool area was lovely - a sun trap all day. Always a worry when you book a villa without seeing it, but really nice of Lynda to ring the week before we went and she kept in touch during our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone planning a trip to Florida (in fact we already have!). Thanks for a lovely stay.

We arrived at the villa on April 29th 2009.We have been to Florida several times before and this was by far the best
villa we have stayed in.It was spacious but also felt very
homely.It had everything you would need for a perfect stay.
It is ideally located for the theme parks with some good
restaurants nearby.Very good chinese takeaway only two
minute drive in car.Also the villas position is very private
with a pool that is not overlooked.Lynda and Lyndsay were
very helpful from the time of booking right through to the end of
our holiday.

We stayed at the above home between March 17th and 30th 2009. There were 5 adults and 1 child there.
The accomodation can only be described as first class and we would have no hesitation going back there. Information was available in the house for any of your needs on the holiday and Lyndsey and Linda provided excellent customer service.
The property was very clean and well maintained and very well equipped.
I would have no hesitation recommending this property to a friend and it is the perfect base to fully enjoy the Disney holiday.

This large 4 bedroom home had a great layout and was all that had been described by the owners. Besides being clean and well maintained, we found that it had all the appliances dishes and untensils necessary to make us feel at home during our 9 day stay. Further, the owners telephoned us prior, during, and after our stay to be sure we were satisfied. As everyone knows, there as a lot to do in the Orlando area only 20 minutes away. Shopping centers a few miles up the road such as Publix, Walmart, etc. were handy plus the assortment of restaurants. I would not hesitate recommending this rental to friends.

For some of us this was the first time in Florida and your home made us feel very welcome,
For the one that had been before, we stayed at the Highland Reserve, and they have a lot to Learn,
Your House is clean, spacious and very well equipped (6 TV’s!! one in every bedroom and a 57’’inch in the Living Room)
It was luvly to be able to swim and relax in our own private pool taking a lot of those ache’s and pains away after a very hot and long day out at the theme parks,
It was nice that you kept in touch leading up to and during our stay, it made us feel comfortable that if we had any queries we could contact you,

Fantastic villa - very spacious had everything we needed and more! Heated pool was great for winding down after parks. Villa was well furnished and equipped and well-maintained.
Owners were extremely helpful prior to visit, were happy to answer all questions and provide advice.
Location of villa was excellent. Very easy to get to all parks, major routes and numerous shops/restaurants.
Highly recommended, was even better than we imagined from the description and photos.
