We hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we love visiting our home! We have endeavoured to provide every possible luxury you will need during your stay, however we would welcome any comments/suggestions you may have to make your stay more enjoyable.

Guest comments: What a fabulous house! We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to return! Mary MA. We have stayed in many Orlando homes, but this is by far the best ever, the pool & deck were to die for!! Willis family, Suffolk. What a find this house is! We will definitely be back and tell all our friends. Thompsons, Ascot Berkshire.

The best villa in Orlando!

The property is in a good location, just a few minutes from the Disney Parks. The house itself is immaculately clean and the friendly and professional owner has thought of everything including Internet access and a games room. It is extremely tastefully furnished, very comfortable and welcoming. The pool is beautiful and very private with open views over local countryside which was home to the hilarous racoon that passed by each evening around dusk. We were travelling as a couple so only used one bedroom and the bed was extremely comfortable, the walk in closet to the side was handy to store all our clothing and luggage. The kitchen is very well equiped, although we ate out most of the time (local restaurants being a few minutes drive away, beware of the Vindaloo at the Indian just down the road, it's hotter than any we've had in UK!). The house is located in a gated community which provides a secure environment, and very close to the main gate and the main highway to Disney and IDrive, the street is well maintained and very quiet. We have stayed in several villas in Orlando and this one was the best by far. I would recommend this villa to all my friends, family and other prospective guests. It truly is an enchanting place set in the heart of 'The Magic'!

What a fabulous house! The 6 of us were at the house over Christmas 2008 & New Year and we had the most fantastic time and the girls loved the pool!! To the point when we were at the parks, all they wanted to do is return back to the house to go swimming!
There is much wildlife going on in Mission Park. We were greeted each morning by a pair of herons, the eagles kept a watchful eye on us whilst we were in the pool, and the Raccoons came out in the evening to say hi!
Excllent value for money - plenty of linen, towels, etc
Can't wait to go back!

beautiful home

Review Submitted: December 23, 2008 Date of Stay: December 2008
My family rented this home when in Florida for my son's graduation from college. This is such a beautiful home. So clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. I hope all who stay here give this home the respect it deserves so it remains so nice. My family intends on returning to visit again someday!

i am sorry to have to write this review as i feel i have no option. we did have a wonderful vacation. we rented this property in april 2008 when we arrived very late the pool was not heated which was paid for. when contected the management company the next morning they informed us a neighbor turned off the heat and it would take up to 48 hours to re heat. so we were out 3 days pool heat which we did not get reimbersed for. then when we got the securty deposit back due to the bank not having their address on it and we being in canada my bank refused the check not knowing where it was from. this is end of september and i am still tring to get my securty deposit back so far with no luck. we even offered to pay for the 50$ wire transfer as the owner said she couldn't afford to pay it. but haven't heard anything from the ownersince september 11 2008 and this is now sept 18 2008 . the house was furnished very lovely and the pool was nicely secluded everything was very comfortable except for the dining table and chairs everytime you sat down it felt like they might break and the internet was very slow dial up. this was our first vacation home rental and we would do it again this time however i know more of what questions to ask. we had a wonderful time in florida.
Owner's Response: I have had my home since 2005 and this is the first negative comment that I have received. We have many guests each year, many of whom have stayed at the house more than once. I would therefore like to respond to comments that are really very unfair and quite untrue in places.

The guests did not advise me of a problem with pool heat. There is a guest information folder in the house that has my contact details and encourages the guest to contact me direct to report any problems whatsoever, so that I may take any appropriate action. If I had been told of the problem I would have investigated and refunded monies for the days they were without heat.

I was at the house a few weeks ago and there are no problems whatsoever with the chairs. I do not understand the comment.

With regard to the deposit, I have been endeavouring to return the monies since April. Her security deposit was returned by cheque within the stated time period. She could not pay the cheque into her bank as it was in US$, so I offered to transfer the monies, only to find out there would be a $50 transfer fee from the bank. I had absorbed the charge for the incoming monies, so felt it fair that she pay the charge for the return of the monies. She was adamant she did not want to do this. I therefore contactd my bank and was advised I needed to set up a phone wire transfer facility. This involved various form filling via post from the UK to the USA and back. This is what has taken so long, only to find out this service still incurs a charge of $50. I therefore emailed the lady and advised her of the situation and again said that I felt it only fair she pay this charge as I had already paid one fee. I have been away on a short break and that is why her latest email had not been replied to. Her latest email actually states (and I quote) "I do realize none of this is your fault the original chq you sent was in the approperate time period."

I sincerely hope that this lady's comments will not deter anyone from staying at my lovely home.

A villa jewel!

A truly lovely home with top quality furnishings, relaxing decor and beautifully-landscaped pool area that's perfect for one or two families. The owner and management company were very responsive and always helpful. The villa photos do not do it justice -- it's a wonderful respite from a busy world. We loved staying there as the location was close to the theme parks, yet removed enough to feel "away from it". Many, many supermarkets, shops, stores, etc. within an easy drive. We highly recommend this villa as it has everything -- and more -- you could hope for in a rental home. Wonderful villa and a great value!
