Reviews of Property: 4 Bed, 4 Bath New Detach Luxury Villa.Heated Pool Extensive sea view

This villa far exceeded our expectations as the website photos do not do it justice. The kitchen was the most well equip we have ever come across and we have had villa holidays for the past 14 years. It had everything, other than a garlic press which we did mean to purchase (sorry). The pool and villa were well looked after and clean. The gardeners, cleaners and pool staff were very efficient, plus polite and pleasant. Any minor problems were dealt with very quickly and we would and already have recommended this villa to friends.

If you did have to find a drawback it was that you did need to drive to the town of Luz, although this did not concern us.

The beaches on the west coast were amazing and just like Cornwall, but with sun! Well worth the 20 minute drive.

Anyone booking this villa we guarantee would not be disappointed.

A belated review (We stayed mid-July), but we enjoyed things so much at the villa that we felt it would be a shame not to thank Nick by jotting down our thoughts.

We spent a lovely relaxing fortnight with our family in this very clean, spacious and well equipped villa. We very much enjoyed the villa which was situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac outside of Luz - ideal for our purposes. A car is a must as it is a little too far out of Luz to walk, but we always consider a car essential for any self-catering villa holiday. Would have no hesitation reccomending the villa to anyone and for those who have not been to Luz I would say that it is our favourite place on the Algarve.

Weather was amazing, although could be windy at times (a benefit to cool you down a little during the day). It could also be a little chilly in the evening, forcing us to eat indoors, although we still mad good use of the BBQ.

Would we go again to the villa - without a doubt!!! Shame that we will have to wait now until next year. The only thing that I would add is that we have previously been spoilt by being able to go to Luz in low season and definitely prefer it at that time when the gorgeous beach and town is quiet.

Lovely villa, well situated, excellent pool all in all we had a brilliant holiday. On the downside the TV reception was erratic and I would not consider it to be a wide-screen.
Mobile air-con not very effective.
It would have been nice to have dishcloths available.
These negatives did not spoil our holiday and we think the villa is even better than the photos would suggest

The Villa was perfect for our family holiday, with plenty of room for for everyone to have their own space. The pool was great, keeping the children occupied for hours. The Villa itself is in a perfect location just up from the town of Luz so you get some great views but it's only a short walk to town. Its kept in superb condition and a BBQ by the ppol with some locally caught fish is a must. Thanks to Nick for helping with the car hire too.

We have recently returned after spending a week in Nick and Janet's fantastic Portugal home.
As mentioned in previous reviews, this villa is very spacious so was perfect for the 8 people within our family party. The property has been built to a very high specification and clearly well treated and respected by previous guests.
The villa is absolutely stunning and Nick was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process plus with the provision of additional information such as hire cars details, directions etc.
This villa comes highly recommended and it's clear why all previous feedback has quite rightly given a rating of 5 out of 5.

We had an absolutely fantastic time here! There was eight of us this time around as we took my hsubands parents as well as his sister, brother and neice. We also had out one year old little boy too.
The Villa is spacious and has everything you could possibly need! The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the pool is fab too. Warm and quite big but not too deep if you have children. There are also pool toys in the outside storage room which is great as it saves you having to buy any. The location is not to far from Luz town either. Overall we had a fantastic time in this villa and I have recommended it to family and friends and we plan on returning next year!

2nd time round and it's even better than before.
Took all the family this year, Mum, Dad, Sister, Brother In law, Nephew (7 years) Niece (5 years), Boyfriend and our baby (16 months). Everyone had plenty room in this spacious villa.
The BBQ was well used with fresh fish bought in Lagos. The pool was just brilliant and nice and warm too!
There's only one problem 'YOU HAVE TO COME HOME!'

A family party of 8, we have just returned from our stay in Portugal. This property was instrumental in making our holiday as pleasant and stress free as possible. Conveniently located so access to many sites in the Algarve area was possible. Clean, spacious, loads of natural light, good instructions on use of the villa and recommendations for sites in the area. Property maintained well, linens changed weekly with light housekeeping weekly. Own toiletries required.
Nick was very helpful with directions from Lisbon and Faro with great suggestions for car hires/restaurants/weather. The local restaurant at the corner of the villa was lovely and friendly offering a great breakfast/coffee and pastries. A must country to visit and the villa would make your stay heavenly.
