Relaxed getaway

Odiero Nairobi
Review Submitted: June 19, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
We spent a long week-end away of hectic Nairobi in this great place, and we simply loved it. Our daughters spent the entire stay in the warm pool, while we enjoyed the relaxed ambiance, the superb view of the ocean, and the excellent food prepared by the cook! Clean, secure, nicely furnished, practical, in short, we'll be back!

Peace and Quiet

Nairobite Nairobi
Review Submitted: April 20, 2009 Date of Stay: March 2009
A super house on a quiet stretch of beach - perfect for families or groups of friends. A lovely big, warm pool. 3 of the 4 rooms are air conditioned - and as it was so hot we needed that. All of the rooms contain double beds and mosquito nets, plus also one single bed. The bedrooms are very spacious. There were 3 good sized bathrooms and an outside shower for those coming straight from the beach. The cook was excellent. The fishermen brought fresh fish for us to buy everyday. There are plenty of friendly staff to keep the place clean and make you feel secure. The beach is perfection and the Indian Ocean divine. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Excellent...

The description was quite accurate regarding the location, amenities and facilities, the villa is even more beautiful when you get there.
The property was very well maintained, clean and tidy. The personnel was so very kind to us and friendly, available for anything at any time.
It's the perfect holiday for relaxing and having a good time on a wonderful, special white sand. Nobody was around except from you.
TIPS:
1. Rent a car: you'll be independent and will not spend money over taxi!
2. Visit Aniello's Italian restaurant! It's very good and cheap.
3. Take some time off to book a massage at Uzuri SPA. You won't repent.

EVERYTHING IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN EUROPE/USA.

Ask the proprietor for further information about activities, beauty treatments and safari. She's been quite polite and she always kept in touch during our stay.

We spend two wonderfull weeks with our complete family, inclusive our 3 grand childrens. They have enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool in front of the beach from morning to evening. The completely furnished house & kitchen together with an efficient house staff made it possible for us to relax 100 % before......to return to the rainy Belgium !

We are back in Norway after a very nice holliday in Kenya. My wife and I and our Kenyan familly enjoyed the stay in Divine Dove so much. It really fullfilled all our expectations.

The staff with Philip as manager and Moi as cook did a very nice job serving us and I have no problem recomending this house to our friends and contacts. We will most likely rent this house again next time we travel to the south coast.

Born in Africa and having lived in Kenya, I found this location excellent. We were four adults and 4 children. The description regarding the location, layout and amenities was very accurate. The property was clean and very well maintained and the personnel was very kind and helpful in every aspect. I certainly recommend this location to all. There are hotels nearby that provide activities such as tennis, diving, surfing etc. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets/shopping centres. Above all the owner is very kind, helpful and available for any information needed.
