Great Holiday complex

'This apartment is furnished to a high standard and immaculately clean, as is the whole complex. We loved the peace and quiet whilst being only 10 minutes from the beautiful Playa del Duque and the fabulous Plaza del Duque with it's select shops and restaurants. This area is so nice, not at all like the image Tenerife had in the past. Most of our days were spent on the sunny terrace or by the complex heated pool and then a short stroll in the evening took us to some fine eating places. On a couple of occasions we chose to have a night in and cooked a meal in the kitchen which is equipped with everything we needed. The DVD player is a nice touch for such evenings. I will recommend this apartment to friends and will definitely be returning.'

Having stayed in the complex before, we were expecting a high quality apartment, and that is exactly what we got.
A good size one bedroom apartment with a very large patio area, and great views of the mountains, especially when the sun rises in the morning.
Clean and well equipped with everything we needed.
Very good location for the local beaches, shops, market and restaurants.

We arrived to find a clean spacious apartment ideally located within minutes walk of all amenities. The extra attention to detail really helped make our stay complete. The inclusion of directions,map and recommended eateries in the apartment info pack meant we could avail of local restaurants,shops with great ease. The pool area is located just one level up from this apartment and we found it to be clean and very well maintained at all times.
We have no hesitation recommending this apartment.

Just got back after spending a week in this apartment. We absolutely loved it. I am very familiar with Tenerife and the location was very peaceful but within a ten minute walk you reach either the busy Fanabe area or in the other direction the upmarket Del Duque area. The apartment instantly felt like home and it was clean and very well equipped. We loved the terrace area and in the height of Summer it was relief to escape to the shaded part to relax and read a book. We will certainly consider this apartment for our next holiday to Tenerife.

Had a lovely 10 days in the above apartment. Facilities great with lovely walks down to Del Duque Beach with short walks to Fanabe for pubs and entertainment. Local supermarkets also very near. Our family enjoyed our stay here, and would not hesitate to rent this property again and/or recommend this to friends. Many thanks.

We have just returned from our one month stay in this fabulous apartment within a lovely development. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here in terms of the quality of the apartment, location, outside space with its newly fitted sun canopy. The holiday lived up to our expectations and provided a quiet, relaxed, sunny, chill out break from the British winter. We would definitely hope to stay here again.

What a relaxing break !
I'm so glad we disregarded an earlier review which clearly bares no resemblence to the actual property.The owners were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and finished to a high standard, with everything you could possibly want in a home let alone on holiday.
The area is truly one of the best on the Island, and we were spoilt for choice when it came to eating out, no more than 20 minutes to anything you could think of, and only minutes to two excellent supermarkets if you were staying in.
It certainly wont be our last visit !

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY IN 1ST CLASS ACCOMMODATION

We have just returned from 10 lovely days at Lynne's apartment and would rate the accommodation as first class. On entering the reception area it just sets the tone for what there is to follow - large spotless reception area leading to the various lifts with lovely fresh flowers on display.
We were very fortunate that Lynne & George were actually in Tenerife when we arrived and were able to meet us personally and show us through the complex & the pools. This was a nice personal touch.
The apartment is spotless and very modern. We loved the extremely large terrace which was ideal for sunbathing as the sun shone on the terrace from morning until late afternoon. The convenience of having a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave along with a fridge freezer were much appreciated.
Another luxury was the heated pool which we both used during our stay. The pool area was spotless & never too busy which we both liked.
The accommodation is close to the bus service which goes into town and the taxi rank - The nearest supermarket is within a few minutes walk and nice designer shopping centre closeby.
We both had a lovely holiday and when we visit this area again we would have no hesitation in contacting Lynne & George for accommodation.

I am currently quite astonished to read the previous review which is very negative. I have recently booked my 3rd holiday in this lovely apartment situated in the best area of South Tenerife.
The complex reception is very impressive and the apartment itself is spotlessly clean. It is bright and very well furnished. It is equipped with everything from a hairdryer, washer/dryer, beach towels, dvd player and much more. The terrace has sun all day and fabulous views. At no time did I feel overlooked by anyone. This was a very important issue as I am a single mum with my daughter. I was completely at ease and comfortable. Hence the reason for my 3rd visit.
Supermarkets were within walking distance. Restaurants and bars were within minutes walk. The Plaza Del Duque Shopping Centre and Beach were within a 20 minute walk.
For entertainment I found the hotel next door had great shows on and anyone is welcome.
Definately not your average package holiday apartment!

I,m sorry I have to be negative on this property, but it is not a luxury apartment, but a standard apartment in a luxury apartment block, the apartment is spacious, but is not furnished to a high standard, the furnishing are tired, the beds are more like mortuary slabs exstremely hard and very narrow, a poor excuse for wardrobe draws, which is a wire frame with 4 pull out's cloth in design(luxury?) The sun parasol had a broken base so we could not erect it. Only net curtains in living area, so no privacy there, on an evening, from the residents, of either the apartment in front or from the hotel opposite, nice to have a seperate kitchen, but there is nowhere to prepare anything for cooking. As for the views I also think they are arguble as well, a nosey parker fence distracts from any clear view, which is a shame as it could have a nice sea view. The apartment was clean and bright, there are a couple of eating places within a short distance , if you like Italian and Chinese. A bit of alonger walk 30-40 mins will bring you to some better eating establishments, unfortunately we could never find any entertainment in the area of the apartment on an evening, though the
Hotel over the road did have some avarage entertainment on each night. There is a market held just down the road each thurs' and sat'. which was intresting. We had not expected dogs to be on this complex, either, a bit annoying are barking dogs when you are trying to relax and sunbathe.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. We have lots of satisfied guests who return time after time. The apartment was refurbished in Aug 08 with new curtains,paint and furniture. The doors are tinted glass so no-one can see into the apartment. There are numerous restaurants and entertainment within 15-20 minutes walk. The seperate kitchen is more than adequate, not the 'American' design stuck in a corner of the lounge. The huge, private terrace has all-day sun. Please read our other reviews.
