We had a fantastic stay.Big Walmart 5 mins away,15 mins to Disney,20 to seaworld & 25 to Universal,it is also good for Bushe Gdns & Kennedy.Big house lovely club house with a big pool,house is as description,if not better,good contact with the owners,& we would reccomend to family & friends.

A large and well proportioned house for our family of 5. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and large livingroom. Very close to the action on 192 and a very big Wal-Mart where we spent some time. We would recommend this property anytime. Close to pool and a well equipped guest center. Everything was very nice and clean, and we had good use of the wireless internet connection in the house. The court yard was very nice and the spa was nice and clean.

Awesome June 2009! The owner was accommodating and and helpful, and Unique Homes was absolutely delightful! This villa far exceeded expectations! I have stayed in several privately owned vacation homes, and this kitchen was the best furnished including plenty of dishes and stainless as well as quality utensils and cookware. Another pleasant surprise--big, plush towels! Most importantly, the master bedroom bed included above average quality sheets and an extremely comfortable mattress! Trust me, after long days in the parks, sleeping in a fabulously comfortable bed should not be taken for granted!! The villa provides a quiet, relaxing "home away from home," and the private hot tub proved to be the best feature after a long, tiring day at the amusement parks! The resort is located away from the hustle and bustle, but easy to find and close to everything. This villa truly provided the best private owned rental experience out of our eight vacation rentals!

This property was ideal for our 3 week vacation! 4 adults and 2 children fittted comfortably into the villa which is bigger than the photos suggest. Villa is packed with everything you would need for a stay and imaculatly clean. Only tiny problem was a blown light bulb in the poarch which was replaced within a few hours of reporting it to the very friendly rental staff at Unique Holidays.

Would recomend this to anyone! If you go make sure you also check out Bahama Breeze for some food, A++

Had a really good time staying on Terra Verde, everyone loved the house, would stay there again. Great Location.

Have just returned from two week holiday over christmas and new year at this property and would highly recommend it.
Great location in quiet gated community, but only minutes from shops and great places to eat.
Property more than met our expectations and was perfect for our family (mum/dad with two girls in late teens early twenties and one of there boyfriends).
Property was very clean and well maintained.
Had very minor maintainence problem which was fixed immediately by very friendly and helpful manangement company staff.
Owners of property maintained excellent communications whilst booking, prior to leaving and on return and provided comprehensive instructions and great advise.
Great communal facilities which we made good use of during our stay.
Would not hesitate in recommending.
Previously stayed in a villa but found this property far more homely.
Owners even provided christmas tree which was a wonderful surprise.
You will not be dissapointed if you choose to stay at this property.

We have just returned from Terra Verde the property was loveley clean and fresh, with plenty of pool and bathroom towels. It was in a quiet location but within easy reach of Disney parks. The whole complex was well maintained with a friendly management team.
There is everything in the house you could need and gave you the feel of being home from home, so you could relax after the hectic days out. The pool although heated was quite cool and is smaller than it looks. This is our 5th visit to Florida but our best because of the house. The photos do not do justice to the size and apperance of the property. The rear patio area is a sun trap protecting you from the wind which we needed as we had some cold winds at the end of the last week making it cooler. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family and friends.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at Terra Verde. The house had everything that we needed. Terra Verde was very well placed for travelling to Disney and Universal. Only 10 minutes from plenty of restaurants and very close to a Walmart which had everything that you could need.
Terra Verde site was very well kept it even had its own resident alligator and turtles in the lake.
We would definitely recommend staying here - very helpful management company based on site and very helpful owners to deal with in the UK.
