Reviews of Property: New apartment in lovely mountain villa, fabulous views and private pool

What a fantastic, luxury holiday we had! We felt so spoilt by having our own pool surrounded by beautiful flowers, such great service from the owners, beautiful, clean apartment equipped with absolutely everything we needed, and an amazing view of the Montgo mountaindrop just behind the villa! We certainly got good value for our money!! We loved spending our days exploring the gorgeous beaches around the area, sunbathing by our private pool and visiting Valencia (which is easy to reach by train). There are lots of great restaurants within 10 min drive. We especially loved our Tapas dinner at the sea front at Arendal beach - great atmosphere and brilliant food! Also, we were impressed by the prices and the quality of the fresh food in the Mercadona supermarkets, 2-3 Euros for two tasty entrecôts is not bad!! Lovely seafood as well, the Mediterranean prawns are recommended!! We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spoil themselves with a relaxing, luxurious holiday!! We have just spent 10 days at this apartment and we would highly recommend it. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you will need. The view from the pool terrace is breathtaking and set in a perfect and very peaceful location.
Lynn and Patrick gave us a very warm and friendly welcome and showed us how to use all the equipment. They were always helpful with any information but also very respectful of our privacy at all times.
The welcome pack was well thought out and extras such as soap, shower gel, dish-washer tabs, washing liquid etc were much appreciated. They even supply beach towels free of charge.
The villa is in a well established residential area of Montgo. It is within a short drive of Javea town, the port and many beautiful beaches. You can do as little or as much as you like. Ideal for walkers and beach lovers alike but we chose to spend most of our time enjoying the pool and the views as the weather was so warm.
We will definitely be going back.

I have a certain reluctance to give a review on this apartment. This is for purely selfish reasons, however I should be realistic. As a family we have been visiting the Javea area for over 20 years renting various villa's and apartments. Kids now grown up, only myself and my wife travel on holiday - and boy have we found a real oasis of an apartment with Lyn and Patrick. Accomodation 1 st class and roomy, can sleep up to 4 people. The place is spotless and you will have sole use of the pool. Quiet area, super views and abt., 10 mins., drive from Javea Port. Lyn and Patrick are very helpful and have a sound knowledge of the area - but they will not intrude upon your holiday.
Plenty of restaurants in the area, a good area for walkers, a number of golf courses are also available. There is also a choice of safe beaches available.

I have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation - but please take care of it, as I will be going back.

I could not reccomend this apartment, the location and the hosts enough.

We were made so welcome and my partner was blown away by the apartment, it is fantastic, so clean, beautifully decorated and very quiet. It has the most amazing views especially early in the morning and watching the sunset behind the mountains in the distance.

The area of Javea has some wonderful restaurants and we welcomed the advice of the hosts as to the best ones.

There is no doubt we will return ASAP and cannot wait to sit by the pool with a drink and enjoy the views (and company) again.
