Reviews of Property: Stunning, 3 bedroom, ocean-facing luxury villa with pool & great views

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in 2007 and 2008. It is the perfect location about 1 mile from the main town but not out in the sticks. The views are fabulous and the villa itself is excellent with everything you require for that perfect family holiday. Major plus points are:
1. Very private around the pool area
2. Overall facilities excellent, when too hot in the day the children would go inside and watch television and DVD's.
3. The windows have mosquito mesh which allows fresh air in while keeping pests out.
4. Fully air conditioned thoughout.
5. Plug in Mosquito repellants.
6. Property well maintained and very clean.
7. There is a great seafood restaurant called Mena only 3 minutes by car from the villa, it sits on rocks overlooking the sea.
8. Alex, the owner, is an excellent host as are all Scottish folk and was kind enough to show us round for an hour in his car on our first stay to familiarise us with the beautiful town and attractions. He introduced us to the restaurant mentioned above.
Alot of the villas for rental in Denia are located on Montgo the mountian area to the back of Denia, we visited friends their and getting to these properties is painful to say the least. This villa is located south along the seafront and is perfectly positioned and easy to get to. Denia is a must!

This genuinely is a lovely,well kept and private villa accomodation.From the upstairs veranda overlooking the pool area down to the hammock on the lower garden.

My wife and I honeymooned here with our 12 month old daughter in early October. We only have good things to say about the Villa, the owners and the area. The Villa is beautifully designed, wonderfully furnished and in a lovely location on the edge of town. Its apparent the minute you see it that alot of thought has gone into its presentation. The owners, Alex and Roberta, are really helpful and friendly and made us feel very much at home the minute we arrived. The area itself helped make a great holiday. Denia is a lovely town with a cosmopolitan feel. It has a really nice main street where you can sit out in the shade of the trees and have a drink or eat a lovely meal and it has a huge Marina full of very expensive boats. So, by now you've probably guessed that we had a great honeymoon and recommend this property with a (jealous) smile!

We enjoyed this wonderful villa the last week of August 2008. Everything you read about the villa, Roberta and Alex and Denia are true and better then expected. The home was clean and comfortable, everything we needed and wanted, including a tour from Alex. No problems what so ever. We rented a car and that was a must! Visit Javia it is beautiful and Valencia is worth the trip. Also, went to the Tomatina, what a trip! Our son is studying in Bilbao, Spain so it was a vacation for him too. We snorkeled, scuba, ate a lot and relaxed! We highly recommend this villa!

We stayed here in early August 08. We absolutely loved the house. It was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and everything works!! Everything was just like the photos on this site. The pool is awesome along with all the outdoor area for BBQ'ing, eating outside and lounging by the pool. We had cars and I would recommend anyone staying here have a car. The town has everything you need and Roberta and Alex can help direct you where you need to go. Roberta and Alex are a charm to work with. Very nice reputable people. We felt this house was a great find and our Spanish friends were in heaven the whole time we were there. I hope to return someday!!!

We were so impressed with the position, cleanliness and privacy of this villa that it was our second visit! We enjoyed Denia tremendously with its variety of restaurants, beaches and entertainment. A car is necessary but this only helps to really enjoy the surrounding areas. Alex and Roberta do everything they can to assure that all you need to do is to relax and enjoy yourself. The villa is exactly as pictured. Fantastic!
