Reviews of Property: Luxury 3 bed apartment with spectacular views on 5 star golf resort

Apartment is exactly as described, it is very clean and comfortable which is essential when travelling with young children. Area felt safe and secure. A car is essential for getting around, although there are a couple of restaurants and shops within 10 minute walk.

Took us just under 25 minutes to get from the airport, it is 10 minutes to Marbella, 15 minutes to Puerto Banus and about 1 hour to Ronda so location is also spot on if you want to explore.

if you are a keen golfer it is also ideal, Miraflores is ideally positioned within numerous golf courses.

Overall a very enjoyable break for us and certainly a place I would look to stay in again when we return in the future.

You only need to take a look at how often this apartment is booked to get an idea of what great value and excellent facilities it offers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and memories of sitting on the large balcony over looking the Med will stay with me for a long time.

Gerry is extremely helpful and approachable and you really should have no concerns over any of the arrangements. The apartment itself is clean and spacious and has everything you could possibly want included. The area has many wondeful places to explore but for this you will definately need a car. If you are not very good on your legs the walk up the hill to the apartment from the bottom is steep, very good for walking off the evening meal before settling down!!

I cannot really think of any aspect of our holiday in this apartment, which I did not find enjoyable.

The description of the property was accurate and consequently we were not disappointed with what we saw.
The property was clean, well equipped and very spacious. The living room furniture was comfortable as were the beds. The kitchen and utility areas were adequate and the standard of crockery, cutlery and glassware was excellent. The pots and pans were OK but for those who like to 'cook in' a few more casserole dishes would be welcome.
Bed linen and towels were changed after the first week and the cleaning/maintenance people (Gloria and Chris) were very efficient, friendly and readily available.
Outside maintenance of the public areas (corridors, stairs, lift and swimming pool, etc.) was good and the gardens were well cared for and attractive.
Garaging facilities were also good, with a designated parking space allocated in the underground car park and lift access to the appartment.
Nearby (5-10 minutes walk) there are plenty of restaurants available together with supermarkets and a bank.
The beaches at La Cala and Cabopino are clean and well served with beach bars and kiddies play areas.
Although a car is not essential, there is a good bus service on the main road, to fully appreciate the area it may be desirable. As Miraflores is built on a hillside walking can be a bit strenuous especially if you are carrying shopping (wine and beer do weigh a lot!). The owner provided a very good service, the keys, directions and general information arrived in plenty of time before our departure. He was also very approachable on the phone. We specified that we required a cot and high chair for the first week and this was available for us on our arrival. Also to our supprise there were a few kiddies toys (bucket, spade, balls, etc.) which our grandson was able to use. Television reception was good with UK channels available. CD player OK and some DVDs available to play. To get the sun in the morning on the balcony and also sun in the evening on the corridor by the front door was also a bonus.
We would definitely recommend this property to friends and indeed we would hope to use it ourselves in the future.

We decided on an away from it all holiday to celebrate 40 years of marriage. The apartment was everything that is described and more. The complex was so clean and well maintained and the on site staff very friendly. The golf course is within walking distance although I did not play this time, I will be back. The ease of booking over the internet, and the prompt responses from Gerry were most appreciated. We had a hire car which we picked up at the airport, and I would recommend that a car will make all the diferance to your holiday.

A first class holiday destination and the best holiday my family have ever had.
Myself, my wife and our 3 children flew out to Malaga and spent one week in this beautiful appartment during April 2007. The site is well maintained and very clean, and the appartment is of the highest calibre. The underground car park and lift to the appartment offered easy access to and from our hire vehicle with three kids in tow. The appartment itself was both spacious and well maintained, and being on the top floor of the block it offered a spectacular view of the surrounding area.

There is plenty to do for the kids, and the private pool nearby is both fenced off, and only accesible via the appartment key giving peace of mind for concerned parents. Beautifully maintained gardens surround the complex, and the main arterial road is at the bottom of the Miraflores site giving easy access to both Malaga and the Costa Del Sol.

I would suggest a hire vehicle as the appartment and site are all up hill. Local supermarkets are everywhere and there are loads of attractions nearby for adults and children.

The whole process from booking the appartment, getting the keys and returning the keys after the holiday could not have been easier. The owners were friendly and always on the end of a telephone or e mail for any queries and I would have no hesitation returning in the future.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet area which is very accessible to everywhere in costa del sol etc. very quiet at night. no disturbance. The apartment was very spacious and clean and met all requirements for a family of five. Enjoyed the holiday and will be back. would highly recommend it to everyone.

Would definately recommend this appartment to others. Spacious appartment with a lovely balcony over seeing the sea and pool.
We went on a Girls Getaway Holiday and found plenty of resturants/bars/nightclubs to choose from which wasn't too far away.
A bus stop is just down the hill (5mins) and takes you to the town centre Fuengirola where we spent most our time. We found many shops, resturants and activities to do.
Other times we would spend our time relaxing by the pool which was mostly quiet.

Situated on a good complex, the views from the balcony are breathtaking, the apartment is very comfortable with everything required to make a holiday enjoyable. The property was clean and very well maintained, never had a problem with the directions given to find the complex. There where plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance - only slight hills - providing a variety of types of food from English, Italian, Indian, Chinese to traditional Spanish as well as a supermarket. I would recomend the "Steak Out" at Vista del Mar (Playa Miraflores) on a Thursday as a good evening, Fillet steak I had was superb.
Plenty of Golf courses nearby if that is what you are interested in. Alternately there was Horse Riding, Quad Biking, Water and Theme Parks within a few kilometres - I would advise to hire a car as I found it easier to get around - although that is probably due to the golf clubs.
I would recommend the apartment to anyone, owner eas very helpful and will definitely book again when I do back to the Costa Del Sol.
