As you know i had previosly lived in Orolinki village for 3 months and i know the importance of the right location.Living surrounded by barking dogs and noisy mopeds can spoil the best holiday intentions.
So you can imagine my relief when i pulled up outside Cool Breeze Villa to find it is situated at the end of a quite Cul De Sac and is adjacent to an open space on one side and a friendl neighbour on the other.
The Villa did indeed have every convenience and was family friendly as you have kindly provided a high chair and cot with a portable gate to stop the wanderings of any curious child.
The kitchen abounds with cooking utensils and gadgets enabling us to self cater if we were not tempted by any of the excellent ethnic restaurants and bars that are available right on the doorstep so to speak.
The village bakery was a naughty must and at the Army base at dehkelia we had the best fish & chips you'll ever taste.
Staying at the villa enabled us to sample the best of both worlds.That of the traditional Cyprus or the commercial pub and club side which are only a short walk or taxi ride away if you dont have a car.
If you do have a car entrance to the motorway is just at the top of the village and will enable you easy access to any part of the island you wish to explore.
What ever type of holiday your looking for Cool Breeze provides an excellent base and indeed for those inclined to a more private lazy quite life there can be little reason to leave the villa especialy with the pool at hand.
The satellite channels on the t.v also provide excellent entertainment should you feel the need of a quite night to recouperate.
All in all thank you Frank for providing the means to a brilliant relaxing holiday.

Stayed at the Cool Breeze recently and find it to be excellent in every possible way, all the facilities that you need. Close to all shops, restuarants and beach. Would definately recommend it to friends and family. Good information pack too.

We were a party of three adults and two children on a two week vacation and Cool Breeze Villa provided us with a nice home during our stay. It is relatively close to the airport, easy to find and is well positioned for exploring the rest of the island.

The temperature was very hot during our full stay and Oroklini is quite a sleepy village so the amenities at the villa were important to us and we were pleased with the standard of everything. The AC was really appreciated at night. I personally like to get out and about during the day whilst others sunbathe, but it was too hot so I watched a lot of the owner's DVDs and films showing on the various film channels. I also had a laptop with me and found the WiFi connection easy to set up and with good signal strength.

The villa is well appointed with more than enough crockery, cutlery etc. We used the washing machine quite a lot so didn't need half the clothes we took with us. The cooker, microwave and barbeque are all good quality and easy to use and the worktops are all granite and easy to clean. There is plenty of wardrobe space and ample hangers (usual gripes of mine). We managed to keep the whole place looking clean and tidy for the full fortnight with next to no effort, that's unusual as well.

The pool is a reasonable size and can be monitored from the terrace, kitchen or master bedroom if you have young children. Our kids were in it most of the time. There is also plenty of space to sunbathe and use the barbecue.

We went to the beach in Ayia Napa between 16:30 and 20:00 when the clubbers were still in bed and the beach had started to empty out, it's only 25 minutes down the road. The water park is expensive to get in (111 Euro with discount vouchers for the five of us), but we were there all day and it was very clean and well managed. Our six year old with arm bands was allowed on most rides and those that he couldn't go on were really only suitable for adults.

Oroklini itself has about a dozen restuarants and bars covering most tastes and the old coast road a mile away provides unlimited choice. The Carrefour supermarket and the main Larnaca beaches / strip are easy to find as well. Driving is easy, just like at home, apart from the need to assume that nobody else has passsed a driving test.

I would definately recommend Cool Breeze Villa. We enjoyed our stay. Any minor issues were quickly attended to by the property management team who are English and live nearby.

This villa was outstanding in quality with everything you need (and more!) for a comfortable, relaxing and luxurious holiday. We took 3 teenagers with us for a 2-week family holiday and they loved the location and the pool.

The village is a few minutes walk away with plenty of bars and restaurants. The Corfu Bar does an excellent Sunday lunch that is very good value. The local sunday market was great for those holiday essentials and gifts. The local bakery is also a must!

The welcome and information was excellent and the neighbours friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this villa for groups & families with kids of all ages.

The best local beaches, Makronisos & Nissee Beach are a 20 min drive away (just before Ayia Napa town).

We went to Cool Breeze for a chilling family holiday following our Daughter's GCSE's. Our son is 4 years old and it can be difficult to keep them both happy, but a villa with pool tends to keep everbody quiet.
The villa is as beautiful as the photographs suggest, so tastefully furnished and yet nothing to worry about small children destroying!
We elected not to hire a car, got a taxi from the Airport and were met by Soo (of Mermaids, the service company) as agreed and without delay. During our stay Jill (also Mermaids) and husband Paul were hugely helpful and friendly and booked our return taxi which again went without problems.
The weather was scorching and the cool breeze was a delight, not to mention the pool (kept meticulously clean and topped up by Paul). We tended to hang out by day and used the local (all walkable) restaurants at night. This was absolutely fine, although had we stayed any longer we would have hired a car once we had peaked on "doing nothing" and taken in some other locations and some attractions.
We did walk to the nearest beach, which was only 20 mins but it was so very hot we decided the beds and pool at Cool Breeze were far more appealing.
The nearby "Corfu Tavern" is well worth a visit or two particularly on live music nights as there's a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed the food at the Garda (book at weekends - very popular) and the setting at the Mandra is wonderful (prepare for long night though as service is "relaxed"!).
All in all, we had a great holiday chilling out, and doing little more than eating, drinking and dipping in the pool.

Six of us stayed at this luxury villa at the beginning of May. It was perfect for us. Well equipped with everything we needed and lots more we never thought we would need! Everything was immaculate, well thought out and a great place to just chill with friends. The village has everything anyone would need from bank to butcher and pharmacie to supermarket. The baker just a couple of blocks away is brilliant for bread,cakes and also has milk and many other goodies. Oraklini is well located for the beach, Larnaca as well as places further afield. I would thoroughly recomend Cool Breeze Villa.

This beautifu villa is only 15 minutes from Larnaca airport set in a small village with everything you could possibly want. There are supermarkets, fruit and veg shops, bars and restaurants and the most fantastic bread shop open 24 hours a day. The villa itself is clean and tastefully furnished with a huge plazma tv in the lounge and smaller ones in the bedrooms. It has all you could possibly want in a villa including a private pool and bbq. The beach is lovely and clean and has all the famous restaurants ad bars you find in every location as well as some great steak-houses (Hugo's) and Irish bars. There is lots to do especially if you like water sports, or you can drive over to Paphos which is peaceful but stunning..

The flight was only three an a half hours from my home in Dubai and II was met by Gill and Paul who knew everything about everything and, having spoke to the owner, he too was very approachable and friendly. All in all I would thoroughly recommend 'Cool Breeze Villa' to anyone who wants a great place to live whilst holidaying in Cyprus.

We took our 2 daughters and their friends to stay at cool Breeze villa so felt this really tested it out, it was really fabulous so homely and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is situated in a lovely little village with easy access to shops and the local supermarket being only about 15mins away by car. We have spoken with the villas owner on several occassions and he has always been very kind and helpful. We were met at the airport by Jill and Paul who look after the place and they were also great giving us lot's of help and info, and always at the end of the phone should we need them. Our overall view of our stay at Cool Breeze was an excellant one and we would definately reccommend it to anyone who's looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
