Excellent Location

This apartment was clean spacious and well maintained. It is ideally situated with views out to the sea overlooking the new Childrens Play Area. Excellent choice of bars and restraurants all on your doorstep. Excellent Customer Service provided by Management Company. The Complex is well situated on the seafront providing the choice to be active or just go for quiet seafront walks. I would certainly stay in this apartment again,

Excellent apartment. Great views. Relaxing Holiday

Review Submitted: October 6, 2008 Date of Stay: September 2008
The apartment was very spacious and clean. I was surprised to see a washing machine and dish washer. This helped to keep the washing down when we returned from our holiday.
The views were fantastic and very relaxing. We stayed their with our son and girlfriend who are 21. They really enjoyed the places to eat and the bars. And really enjoyed the weather. We found we had no problem getting sun-beds. Although I don't really like the hot weather, the shopping was various and found loads to buy.
We found it lived up to all our expectactions. The food was great, the weather was beautiful, the apartment was very comfortable.
Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable for all of us!

thoroughly enjoyable from the start.being able to go straight to your apart without having to go to reception.the apart was very clean and spacious all the crockery you need and even a washing machine.it was a nice view although the palm trees were quite tall in the distance which stopped a little of the view. Never had any trouble finding sunbedsand it was august the beds right by the pool were always first to go but never had trouble getting one or four in our case a little further back a word of warning always put your flipflops on to go to the pool the floor gets very hot. There were security around day and night and always felt safe ,everything you needed was right on your doorstep shops cafes supermarket straight across the road which sold lovely fresh cakes everyday.the pool area was cleaned everyday as were all the paths all in all i think one of the best holidays we,ve ever had certainly the best apartment although itwould of been nice to maybe of had a couple of sunbeds on the balcony and not two tables this is not a criticism just a thought shane shouldbe very proud of his apartment and deservedly so .If we ever went back 5527 apartment is where i woul like to stay .Thanks Shane x

Fabulous - home from home!

Review Submitted: August 9, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
We stayed in this 2 bed apartment in August 2008 with our 2 young daughters and had the best holiday we've ever had! The apartment is a home from home. It's really big with two good sized bedrooms and all the facilities you need such as washing machine and microwave, dvd player satellite tv etc. It is perfect for a two week holiday as it is so comfortable you don't really need to go out every night and the view from the apartment's double balcony is fab. It looks right over the kids pool and onto the sea. The complex is kept spotlessly clean and there are security guards on duty 24 hrs so you feel very safe. They are very hot on noise too so there's no rowdy behaviour. The complex is mostly cuples and families - no groups of lager louts here! The pool area is lovely and there's a fantastic pool for the kids (up to 12yrs) with water slides etc. The only downside to the main pool is that it gets really busy in school hols and you have people reserving beds the night before! Be prepared to get up early to reserve a bed as by 9am there are hardly any left although you can use the pool on Parque Santiago 4 and 5 also which are less busy. The apartment is set in the nicest area of Play de Las Americas with loads of lovely bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All in all we've had the most fantastic holiday and the apartment is a credit to it's owners - we'll definately be back. Highly recommended
