We were very impressed with this beautiful open plan luxury villa as it was perfect as a family holiday holiday home. We found this villa very well presented both inside and out as it provided all the amenities that any family should need.
The views from the villa were both spectacular and tranquil, nothing better than to have your morning coffee on the veranda and watch the day come alive also perfect for enjoying the odd glass of wine in the evening as the night peacefully settles down.
Directions Peter provided to the villa from the airport we found so straight forward and easy and must add that we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary pack peter had arranged for us upon our arrival at the villa.

If you are the adventurous type or like the nightlife then down town Benidorm and the theme parks are only minutes by car or by using the excellent local taxi service peter recommended.
Any family wanting everything Benidorm has to offer must book this villa as a 1st choice.

I visited the villa or a week with three friends and four children between us, we found it easy to find, the transfer company used knew exactly where to go and Peter's directions were perfect just in case! Peter gave a brilliant description of the local amenities and although we found taxi's into the main strip a little pricey it was still less than hiring a car as there were so many of us but if you're planning on travelling further a field I would definately suggest hiring one.

The accommodation easily fit us all in and was clean and tidy with ENGLISH tea bags provided! We had trouble on our departure due to baggage allowance as one of the children with us was lactose intolerance and we were trying to take milk with us in case we found it difficult to get there. We had mentioned this to Peter and 2 days later he arrived with plenty of lactose free milk which was a gesture above and beyond.

The main pool was a little grubby when we got there and as soon as we informed Peter he had it sorted out for use for the rest of our holiday. I also received our deposit back in full on the Friday after only arriving home on the Tuesday which was a nice suprise.

All in all we had an ecellent holiday and the children especially loved it! Definately recommend on customer service alone! Thanks Peter.

this villa location is much farther away than stated it costs 10euros to benidorm which makes it expensive to go into benidorm.the propery was clean but we had no hot water for two days and 2 power cuts when we were there with no explanation from the owner, therefore i would say that customer relations werent the best.unfortunately i would not recommend this villa to family or friends.the owner did not show up until the monday so we had to try and work out how to get the boiler etc working.

the location of the villa was not accurate was a lot further from benidorm than stated.the cost of a taxi into benidorm is 10 euros which soon mounts up if you want to go into benidorm on a regular basis.unfortunately the owner is not very good at customer relations we had to wait 2 days for hot water and had 2 power cuts when we were there with no explanation or apology from the owner regarding tthese problems.i wouldnt recommend this villa to a friend as i think you could get better value for money elsewhere

very spacious property, slept 8 comfortably. fantastic views over Benidorm . Well looked after villa. Peter the owner was very helpful throughout the stay , with travel and entertainment information. the pool was excellent and even though there were 11 other villa's we only seen a handful of people over our 14 days holiday. the area was very quiet. we used public transport on many occasions , but it is advisable to hire a car if you have children or elderly family members as the short walk is made longer by the searing heat. cannot fault peter and his villa . will recommend to friends and family.many thanks

when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find how easy it was to find the villa. It was very well furnished and immaculately clean. it was so cheap and quick for a taxi that we left the car at the villa all week. LOVED THIS VILLA. we will be back x

After leaving the airport we found the directions given by Peter to be so easy to follow that we arrived at the villa without once losing our way. We couldn’t believe how well equipped and lovely the villa was, everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The pool was only two minutes walk from the villa and appeared to have been cleaned most mornings, although it was shared with other villas it was unusual to meet anyone there. There are chairs and tables both at the back and the front of the villa ensuring that you could always sit in the sunshine from morning to night, ideal for enjoying a cool beer while doing the barbeque. There are numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a short distance from the villa but we found that a car was essential for this, although it is only a short taxi ride into Benidorm or one of the surrounding villages. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and I would highly recommend this villa. Thanks again Peter.
