HOLIDAY TO REMEMBER. CASAMAR AUGUST 2008

We have had a fantastic time at Casamar, the best property we have ever stayed in. There's plenty of books, sky TV, well equipped kitchen. The fantastic dinning terrace, the garden and pool area were a great part of our holiday. Karen left a food welcome pack for us, which was a lovely detail, the local information book was amazing, and really helped us find out all we needed to know. We will be booking for next year.

We had a wonderful in House Casamar.
The many bedrooms made living easy for 3 families.
We enjoyed the outdoor terass and the garden very much.
We had also a very nice view all over Calonge.

Absolutely fantastic property to holiday in. From the first moment we met Karen and she showed us round we were completely relaxed. The welcome pack was brilliant, there was a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge and the kids couldnt believe their luck with so many bedrooms to choose from and the gorgeous pool which, by the way, was used every day to its full extent!
The back up from Karen was superb as she was only a phone call away to give you advice on the best beaches markets or restaurants to visit, but to be honest the visitors pack in the villa itself had all you could ever want whether you came here to relax, explore, walk, or sunbathe it was the most comprehensive guide i have ever seen from any villa ive ever stayed in , and believe me ive stayed in a few!!
All in all this was probably one of the best if not the best villa weve ever stayed in. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 young children and we took our mum aswell and we didnt want for anything - dont hesitate to book this villa, unless i beat you to it as i will definately be returning!

Well situated villa with a good degree of privacy. Yes you can see the sea but the views are really irrelevant at such a distance. Nice pool which stays relatively warm since it's not too deep. A pool shower would be really useful. Garden is immaculate and very pleasant. Lots of stairs both inside and out so would not recommend for elderly / infirm or infants. Information folder provided in the villa is outstandingly good, very comprehensive and informative. Owner's representative was extremely helpful and efficient. A solid recommendation overall.

We have just spent 2 weeks at this villa during August 2008. Our stay has been really enjoyable. The property is very spacious, very well equipped, in a great location and the pool is really well maintained. There is plenty to do and good eating can be found in 10 minutes walk. Karen is a great host- she can be contacted easily, is always prepared to help and is very friendly. The views, of an evening (holding a glass of red wine), are a superb way to end a day. Everything mentioned on the website is true and we would recommend this property 100%.

We stayed in casamar with 3 families (6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 11 years old). When we arrived, we were welcomed by Karen and we were very pleased to find (in Spain !) a clean property ! Also a small welcome package was foreseen with ao milk, orange juice and coffee so we did not need to rush to the supermarket immediately. The house is very comfortable and really equiped for 10 people (enough space to eat comfortably, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool...). Also the kitchen is well equipped. The supermarket is nearby and also the sea (you do need a car or bikes -> but house is on a hill!). The house contains quite some steps so for people with very small children or elderly people this may not be the perfect choice. On the otherhand, there are safety "doors" on all stairs so if you want to close these for the kids, it's possible. Barcelona is a one hours drive. Restaurants are nearby (seaside) and even one in a walking distance. Also a very big advantage is that towels and linnen are foreseen when you arrive and changed after one week.

A holiday beyond our expectations, a really fantastic villa, clean and spacious, situated in quiet area just between Palamos and Playa dÁro. Writing this review, we just want to go back to Casamar as soon as possible.

Great place for 9 persons, thank's Karen. Enough rooms for two families(4+5), funktional kitchen, large bathrooms, great pool and beautiful garden. Upper balcony is romantic on nighttime. Peaceful and quiet neigbourhood gave us relaxin holiday. Nearby restaurant Samal was our oasis, good food and wonderfull people. There are two supermarkets with good assortments nearby. We really enjoyed our holiday in villa Casamar. Thank you Karen for your helpfull attitude and geat information book.
