Fantastic villa with stunning views

My husband, myself and our 3 children aged 5 to 12 had a lovely holiday here in October 2008. The villa is extremely comfortable, spacious and well maintained and equipped - a true home from home and just perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The views from the terraces are fantastic.
Having a heated swimming pool really does make all the difference - we (and especially the children) were able to enjoy the pool every day.
We really enjoyed the space, the scenery and the privacy while still only being a few minutes drive from the beach and resort amenities.
Casa Kato is perfect for a family holiday. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we have already booked a return visit!

My husband David and myself stayed here for 9 nights from the end of January, on arrival there was a welcome pack which included water, wine, milk,ect. I felt this was very thoughtful of the owners. We found the villa had pretty much everything you could need and the heated private pool was a pure luxury, no fighting for sunbeds here as you have it all to yourselves. Internet accsess was also a welcome addition and we enjoyed watching a few of the many DVD's provided. We will be booking again for next year and would recomend it to anyone.

Thanks for another fantastic holiday ! We stayed in the villa twice last year and hope to go back soon .The villa is all it says and more , everything you need for a relaxing stress free holiday is there,The utilities are excellent,the pool is kept at a welcoming temperture and the views are stunning.Although you aernt far from anything ,the villa is extremelly quiet and private.The local ameneties are just 10 minutes away and all you need for your holiday is there.
For our second visit last year my husband and i took our 12 year old daughter and her friend and we only left the villa a couple of times in the whole week as we couldnt get the girls out of the pool .
Fantastic villa on a fantastic island,Cant wait to go back.

well what can i say, the villa was such a lovely place we didnt want to leave. i think the villa is great for all ages, our age rage was 21-30 and there was 8 of us, one night we went to puerto del carmen, that was one of the best nights there lots of clubs and bars niki beach was the best club, they gave loads of free shots and drinks away and it only cost 35 euro's to get there by taxi.
The villa it self was very clean, all the bedrooms had fans and bathrooms were in great condition, the pool was one of our best memories, we were all in it every day.
Rob and Sue were great getting back to me asap by email, great value for money.
I would recommend the villa to any one i know and would give it 10 out of 10 everytime.
We went to loads of different restaurants but the best was jasmine's chinese just up the road from the giant ship play park, everything was really cheap in lanzarote but if you like sweets and chocolate then the price starts to go up.

We stayed over Christmas 2007 and had an excellent time, the villa was beautiful and very homely. The description was exact and the picture did not show the full beauty of this villa. The villa was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with the booking and also had a book of restaurants and activities they had used. The owner had plenty of book, dvds and outdoor toys for entertainment. I can say that everything was perfect and will never go on a package holiday ever again! Once again many thanks for the hire of your villa.
