MARTYN & FAMILY LEICESTER. oct 4th - 14th 2009

Review Submitted: October 26, 2009 Date of Stay: October 2009
Went to paphos with our 2 sons aged 22 & 18 years plus 2 girlfriends aged 20 & 17 years, plus wife to celebrate my 50th birthday. Had a great time, apartment has everything and more than you need, 2 bathrooms were a godsend with the girls, bedrooms were very spacious with lots of wardrobe space, kitchen and lounge/dining room have plenty of room for 6 adults, view from balcony over looking pool area, (which was kept clean) was great. Location is brilliant 5 minutes walk to local beach with toilets, sun beds and beach bar, 5 minutes walk to bar street for dancing & late nights, 15 minute walk to harbour which has great fish restaurants, can recommend Theo's. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, walk away from the harbour on the coast road come to Rimini which the lads loved has it offers a half a kilo t-bone steak and great pizza's. Hired a car for 2 days from nestor car rental on posidonos avenue about a 5 minute walk from apartment, spent day 1 exploring the Akamas forest and day 2 in the Troodos mountains. We used Acropolis taxi's for transfers from and too the airport, very reliable and friendly driver. Correspondence with Jane by email was great. Apartment is exactly what it says on the tin and more. Thanks Jane we'll be back at some point in the future. Martyn.

This property is in a fantastic location, quiet enough not to be disturbed but only 5 minutes from the beach, shops, bars, restaurants etc. It is extremely well equipped, well maintened and very clean. The layout is perfect allowing privacy in the bedrooms from the main living area and with two bathrooms perfect for a family or as in our case two couples. The booking arrangments were easy and the keys arrived in plenty of time. Only a short drive from the airport so no problems there. I have recommended this property to all my friends and family and have already booked for next year. The gardens and swimming pool are also very well maintened with plenty of sun beds etc plus the private ones that belong to the apartment. The huge balcony has sun all morning so great for eating breakfast and lunch. We have been visiting Paphos for 8 years staying at Alexander the Great but from now on we will always use the apartment as it is so much more cost effective and flexible. I really can only lavish praise on the place and of course Paphos. Try the Atrion for great food just round the corner or the Almond Tree down past Bar street

All the rooms have ceiling fans and air con is available as well. Shutters on the windows are great as well as the mosquito nets. There is even a washing machine so you dont have to worry about taking too much luggage which is a godsend if you have kids.

Paphos has a supermarket and lots of local shops so if you are on a tight budget its easy to buy and cook in the apartment. Try the local wine its great.

I can only say try it and I am sure you will be as delighted as we were.

Cant wait until next year for our next visit

Barbara and Kevin

Great break

Review Submitted: April 28, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
My partner and I spent a very relaxing week in Paphos a couple of weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised at the facilities in the flat. Can't think of anything that wasn't available and it was good to have a contact out there if anything went wrong or if we had any questions. We didn't need to call her, though, as everything worked fine, which is more than can be said about some of the places we have stayed in previously! The town is a great place for a couple on their own, but also has some good places for teenagers and older people and shops, cafes etc are pretty much within easy walking distance. We hired a car for a couple of days and had some great trips out to the mountains and to some villages. Would def recommend to friends and family.

Apartment in excellent location and provides good access to local restaurants and pubs.

Pool area clean and great for kids.

We stayed in the 3 bedroomed apartment (on 1st floor) and it was clean and well furnished overlooking the pool.

Local KIOSK provides essential supplies at reasonable cost - owner very friendly.

Would recommend to couples or families with children.

Car not essential.

We love this apartment so much we keep coming back. It has everything you could possibly need and the location is just right not too close to the main streets so it is peaceful but everything you need can be found in 10 mins. It is near to all the transport links and the restaurants and shops. It is spacious and the air con works really well even in the hottest August for 10 yrs in 2005. If you want a lovely relaxing base with all you could wish for in your own home this is the place for you

A great place to stay in a lovely spot.

This is a fantastic apartment – the second time we've been here and we'll be returning, too. We love Cyprus and this is the ideal place to stay. The apt. itself is very well equipped and looked after – almost a home-from-home – and it's also in a great position, near to the sea and the town but quiet, with nice gardens and pool and open views on one side.

Information about the apartment is very detailed and accurate. The web site is clear and shows it as it is.
Jane makes all the practicalities very easy for us and we feel very welcome.

It's very easy to get to other parts of the island from Paphos, with buses along the coast and pretty good roads up to the Troodos and Latchi etc. if you hire a car. We like walking and found lots of different sorts of places with signposted routes, so it's well organised for that.

It's nice to come back to somewhere you can trust. We've already booked both apartments to go with some friends next year!

Our second stay with Jane at Limnaria. What a superb setting, with all amenities close at hand. the apartments are extremely well kitted out, with a lot of thought put into your holiday enjoyment. Pathos is a great place for all the family to stay, very hot and the locals are friendly. Jane and her family make the booking very easy and there communication is excellent. You do not get that let down feeling when you arrive at Limnaria 101 or 105. and you will shed the odd tear on leaving. We will definately be back.

Stay July 2008 in 3 bed apt in Limnaria Villas

Lynn B Leigh near Warrington
Review Submitted: August 5, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
The apartment was clean and very well equipped, the air con was a god send as the temperature was in the 40's!! The location was ideal, quiet, but near enough to everything. We hired a car for the 10 days of our stay but rarely used it, only to go to the big supermarket, the mini golf and a day looking at the area. The pool was great for the kids (9,7,6) at their varying levels of swimming. The information and extras provided in the apartment were very helpful and the description on the website was spot on.
We would definately recommend these apartments and may possibly return next year.
There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, we found the best ones to be, Za Za's, Phivos, Porto Bella and our favourite bars were Elvis and Cockatoos.
Fab holiday and fab apartment.
