Reviews of Property: 2 Bedroom apartment All Inclusive available, Panoramic Views, 5* complex

We spent unforgettable three weeks in Andrea's apartment at the Paradiso Complex in September/October 2009. Although it was not very relaxing (with two three and five-year old kids), our holiday was a lot of fun with plenty of activities for all of our family.

The apartment was excellent, better than described. The Complex itself is very clean, offers a very good service and facilities. Our kids loved animation and enjoyed games and day-time activities offered by the miniclub at the childen's pool area and the beach and, of course, minidisco at nights.

The only problem for us was the distance to the sea. It turned out difficult for us to go back and forth when kids wanted us to return to the Complex to have lunch there or have some rest in the apartment and then go back to the sea. The bus service was good but the bus was often overcrowded (we were told that this was because of the season - in September-October, most people go to the beach instead of staying by the pool), so it was a bit of a problem for us. Other than that, we did not have problems and really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

Thanks to Andrea, we had a very nice transfer service.

We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and may be come again next year.

Me and my friend together with two 4 year old girls spent 10 wonderful September days at Andrea's appartment.

We are completely satisfied. Appartment is very comfortable, has everything you need - from tableware to inflatables, moskito protection, books, dvds, even beach towels. The view is simply fantastic. And even though you need to climb some steps to the buildning - it's really worth it. Montblanc pool is just great and the bar in such a close vicinity is definately an advantage. It's quite calm, peaceful (when our kids were notaround :) and views are just stunning.

We were the only Ukrainians at the resort, but it was great to find out that part of animation team are guys and girls from Ukraine. Our kidsloved mini club and mini disco and were heros of evening rewards for their activities.

Most of guests are Germans, Dutch, Polish, but almost everybody speaks English, so it's easy to communicate. Staff is very friendly, food is good, and ill-inclusive is really worth every penny you pay.

Beach is a bit far. But you can reach it by hotel bus in 7-10 min. It's clean, big, has bar, showers, animation. It's sand mixed with small stones. The sea was extremly warm, but very stormy - everyone had fun on waves. We also experienced that storm/tornado which hit Alanya - but it was also part of fun.

Little disadvantage was that there is no room-service at the hotel,so when it was very rainy and chilly after storm we simply could not reach restaurant with our kids, so we missed breakfast. If your kids are small you may experience difficulties with trolley of climbing steps towards to building.But you can use it as an exercise:)

Everything concerning our booking was very smooth and easy (thanks to Andrea). The pick up from and to airport was comfortable, on time and cool (we talked a lot).

We have already reommended this appartment to all our friends and will definately come there again. Tnanks!!!

We spent two weeks in the appartment at the Club Paradiso complex in July/August this year and had a fantastic, relaxing time. The appartment was better than described. A real home from home with many extras that you would not get in a hotel (ipod docking station, DVD player, iron and ironing board, washiong machine etc). It was really spacious, with two balconies and was cleaned every day.
The complex was huge, and, as a result had loads of facilities which was great for a family. We thought the all inclusive was good value and the food was delicious.
The owner, Andrea, was really helpful and organized many extras (airport transfers,etc.) for us and answered any queries we had.
We would recommed this holiday to a family with children fo any age.

We had a great holiday! the apartment was just as described - spacious and on an excellent complex. We had everything we needed with great views and right by Mount Blanc pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We would recommend: all inclusive is excellent value, BBQ restaurant (you need to book a table the day before at reception); Turkish night in main restaurant (food was excellent); try the cocktails in the Tankstelle bar; Turkish bath, body peel & foam massage in the spa (skin feels great afterwards = nice treat!); bus down to beach & town.

We are 6 young girls from Denmark. We stayed in the apartment for 1 week.
We were self-catering, it was super, we didn't need anything.
The apartment was very nice, big and clean.
The rest of the hotel complex was exellent too, and very big. We mean that it was first class.
The pool and everything was so nice.

our holiday was great at the appartment, love resort and with it being my first time there alone i felt like it was a lovely relaxing holiday with all the excitment if i wanted it.
the only problem within the room as self catering, was there was no microwave or deep pants for pasta etc.
during our stay we sorted out the deep pans by buying 3 different sized pans.

other than that, the apartment was very well equiped and had no other problems,

The family had an excellent time. The staff are welcoming and helpful at all times. The apartment was as described with a lot of extras. Thanks Andrea for that. We were the only English on site however this was not an issue (and was actually quite nice). The facilities are excellent and the staff are non intusive. A wondelful experience form being collected from the airport to coming home. I highly recommend the boat trip from the Harbour and also the Dolphin Sealand visit.

Really lovely apartment within an excellent hotel complex. Reccommend all inclusive as self catering really is not an easy option as there are no large supermarkets nearby.There is a small one and some gift shops in the complex. All inclusive fantastic value and really high standard of food on offer in several restaurants.
Great views and swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds. Very helpful friendly staff. High standard of hygene and good maid service. Bonus of washing machine in apartment. Owners very helpful arranging airport transfers with relaible taxi service at reasonable cost.A lot of steps to climb from reception to apartment so not suitable for people in poor health or with mobility problems otherwise a good way to stay fit! A lot of entertainment in the complex. Nothing much immediately outside the hotel but there is a good bus service to local town 15 minutes away with a harbour and lots of restaurants. Also a free frequent bus service runs to local beach where all inclusive applies at the beach restaurant.
