Fantastic Villa

We have just returned from this Villa and had a fantastic time.
The space we had was excellent as well as the pool
We felt very secure and the villa is very private the whole duration of our holiday we were never overlooked by anyone
I was travelling with my husband and family and have been to Orlando 10 times and this was the nicest accomodation yet so much so that if I can get my dates sorted out for next year hopefully we will return again
Lots of restuarants and shopping within easy reach as well
The space we had was excellent as well as the pool
We felt very secure and the villa is very private the whole duration of our holiday we were never overlooked by anyone

We rented this villa for a second time this year (one week in April, one week in November). We enjoyed both stays very much.
Highlights I would like to mention:
- Check-in possible also at a very late arrival
- restricted access through secured gate
- villa is located in a quiet location at Highgate (only 2 direct neighbour villas)
- WLAN Internet access for free
- no noise from neighbours
- plenty of space
- clean and well equipped
- price / performance is outstanding
- easy handling of reservation and payment
- quick response of questions asked to the owner
Can highly recommend this villa

Dear Jane,
Marcia and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay in your house. This was our 4th and best rental in Davenport. Your house is everything as advertised. Our guests loved the accommodations also, especially the upstairs second large king master. An important feature for us is the outstanding comfort of the beds. They are the best we've found. During the 3 months, 4 of the 5 bedrooms were used off and on and all guests reported exceptional comfort. Since your house is so large, we and our guests felt a sense of freedom here. One of our guests said "this is a mansion". Having so many bathrooms, no one had to share one if they chose not to. Our favorite room was the east facing lounge. It is very comfortable and homey. The morning sun was especially nice in that room. Our granddaughters loved the large pool. We liked the patio furniture and especially the table for 6 poolside which came in handy quite a few times. We had some contact with George, your property manager and he could not have been more accommodating. We also felt very comfortable and safe in the Highgate neighborhood. The gated entrance is well landscaped and one gets a good feeling just driving up to the gate. Highgate is in a perfect location, being about 6 miles from the Disney attractions and also close to the I-4 highway. Finally Jane, it truly has been a joy exchanging emails with you. We thank you. Awesome House

I loved this house and so did my family. We dont see eachother that often because we live in different states. This house made us all come together as One Big Happy family. I have stayed many places in Orlando this house by far exceeded all expectations and more. I will stay here again when the opportunity presents itself.
This Villa Was Great and would DEFINATLY use again

We stayed in this Villa over Christmas 2007 and New Years for 2008 and could not fault this Villa at all.
5 Adults and 5 Children
I was a bit sceptical at first about using a villa from this site. But owner was Great and was constantly replying to my hundreds of questions and queries prior to flying out.
The management company was great and Very Friendly and not to far from Villa.
The Villa was BETTER than expected and for the cost ment this was probably unbeatable in value.
Location was a little further from Disney Parks than we would of liked but what we saved on Location was more than worth the drive.
Very Near to Publix about (4-5minute drive).
Definatly one to Consider!
We would definatly Come back!

Great villa for 2 families sharing.

Villa was clean,spacious and appeared just as it was on the site.Ideal for 2 families sharing with 2 masters.Tennis court is 2 houses away and our kids used it a lot.The junction onto the 27 however is very busy and with an estate directly opposite it is a 4 way crossroads with no traffic control, so could be treacherous at times.Walmart is handy, as well as the local Publix.We didn't have free phone calls though, so don't know what happened there.We tried to book tables by phone but needed a credit card.
Worst problem for us was the neighbours.Their 3 dogs barked on the poolside all day.Then they partied till 3 or 4 am for at least 5 nights of our holiday.They also left their pool doors open some nights so the beeper was going off all night.We know it was around 4th of July but some of it was 6 days later.Sleep became a luxury for the downstairs guests.They also left a Car For Sale parked at the end of our lawn, not at theirs which was annoying.These matters didn't ruin our holiday but in a deed restricted community, it was disappointing.
The villa was great value and ideal for our party size(10 with teenagers,kids grandparents).If the problems with neighbours could be sorted it would be a great villa.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your comments ,feedback is always appreciated. I have looked into the issues and can now advise you that :
Re telephone - The agency have since changed the manual at the house to include full instructions of how to use this facility. It should of been there on your arrival ,apologies. It was unfortunate you did not contact them during your stay as this could of been rectified almost immediately and you would of been able to make free calls ,as advertised.
Re Neighbours. I am obviously very upset to hear that the neighbours were noisy and this is disappointing to me .I have checked several times since with the residence association at High Gate Park ,who have guarenteed me that these people are no longer renting the house nextdoor.
I am glad to hear that this didnt spoil your holiday .

This house is exactly as described - clean, private and wonderful. Disney, Universal and Sea World are all in close proximity and a wonderful choice of restaurants, but grocery stores were close and the kitchen was great, so we cooked many meals in.
