we enjoyed our stay here, the house had everything we needed. The pool was clean and always empty so we had it to ourselves.Restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
The owner was fantastic with any enquiries we had and always replied quickly.Neighbours were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome,a great quiet place to stay would recommend to couples and families.

Upon arrving at the villa we found this to be a home from home, very compact and cosy. It was clean and tidy, everything you needed. The pool couldn't have been handier and it was located in a nice quiet area perfect for those who want to relex, only downside was that there was no air con and in the middle of July this was missed!

Second time around!

This was my second time at this house in Playa Flamenca - i chose to go back as it suited my needs for a family easter holiday.
Is is always very clean and if there are problems they are dealt with swiftly.
Along with all that you need in the house for a good holiday, you also have the pool nearby, good parking and of course you are never far away from supermarkets, bars restuarants and of course the beach!
Will certainly be returning in the future...

Villa in Playa Flamenca

What a lovely surprise compared to our other booked villas. The facilities are great, everrything you could need is in the villa, a home from home. Suitable for couples (we are in our 60's) and families. Loads of Supermarkets near by supplying you with everything you need, if you want to eat in. The property was clean and well-maintained. A massive market on a Saturday just near by - not to be missed. A very very good Chineese Restaurant - Take-away close by at a reasonable price, this was the only restaurant we went to, but there are more close by. We visited San Pedro a couple of times- near Murcia Airport - very Spanish - bars reasonabley priced too - much better than English run.
Owner was very helpful and the description was accurate regaring the location, layout etc.
We have booked to go back again this year, but we don't want to really praise it too much as we won't be able to book it ourselves(joke). We took a video of the interior and exterior and have showed it to our family and friends. We can highly reccommend this Villa.

Once reaching the Villa, we found it to be compact and cosy.
It is ideal for any walking disabled as there is a twin bedroom downstairs as well as a toilet/shower room.
Luverly little kitchen, with everything you need, except a corkscrew (haha).
For anyone who wants a lovely place to stay and use as a base for their holiday, I would definately recommend this villa.
Only thing I will say is make sure you have a car.

Our late break

Everthing at the house was exactly as described. the directions from the airport were spot on. The pool couldn't have been handier, right opposite. Very handy for local shops, bars, restaurants and sandy beaches. A good selection of 1st class golf courses within easy reach.

Family holiday

The villa was excellent. It was like a home from home. Perfect for a family self catering holiday.

There was access to a swimming pool which was again excellent and our 5 year old loved spending her time in the pool.

There was a large supermarket within 20 minutes walking distance of the villa. There were also bars and restaurants close by and also a number of beaches that were within walking distance.

A car is required if you wish to travel further a field.

The villa is within a residential area which was quiet. The whole area, although popular with holiday makers ,was not over run with holiday makers.

The villa was clean, had lots of space and the view from the roof was amazing. my childen loved staying here and loved the pool. the local restaurants were cheap and the food was great. we didnt how ever like playa flemenca as this was to busy as we have a little child. the restaurants on the main road where the iron bridge is were fantastic, the paella was out of this world.
there is lovelly market on a saturday whice is very cheap.
The owener always answered all the questions I asked and was very helpful.
Owner's Response: We are glad renters enjoy our quiet house and are grateful for the return custom. The Flamenca Beach Complex of shops and restaurants which is around a twenty five minute walk away can be very busy, especially in the height of summer, it does make for a lively atmosphere of bars and restaurants, something for everybody.

A week in the sun! Having just spent a week at this appartment with my mum, aunty, sister, cousin and son, I can say that our stay was superb. The apartment, was ideally situated, a nice stroll away from the beach, 5 mins from the supermarket, and a 2 min stroll to local shops and bars, not to mention round the corner to the massive saturday morning market on amapolis.

The apartment was clean and welcoming, and the little extras, like the use of the childrens toys, surfboard, bucket and spade, (now including a boat) etc, were an added bonus.

Suncream and various bottles of wine and spirits were there for your use, on the basis that if you use them replace them, this was such a nice touch.

The swimming pool wich is opposite the apartment was immaculate and welcoming, to be honest we were the only ones in it.

The neighbours were all lovely, and happy to chat and say hello.

Suitable for all ages, in my group the oldest was 68 and my son is 5.

A really nice place, and we had a really nice time. Would definitely return.

Sue
