I have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Villa Victoria, and must say that it was more than I expected out of our holiday. We were collected at the airport by Angela & Keith who were very friendly, and made sure we were comfortable on our first night. The villa was
exceptionaly clean, and very spacious. The heated pool made a huge difference, and was cleaned regularly. There was everyting you needed and home from home. The location of the villa was
perfect, it was set away from the main resort, but only a 5 minute stroll
to the bars and restaraunts and the main beach. This villa and location is perfect for those who have teenagers, as there is enough bars etc without the worry of a big resort filled with music bars and clubs, also great for families with young children, as the villa has all
the facilities, and is in a quiet location. If you want to hire a car, there is parking at the front of the villa, but there is a regular bus service to the market and other resorts.
The beach is lovely, and very safe for young children. There is a fantastic little italian restauraunt down the hill which we would recommend, they serve the best pasta dishes!!
We would like to thank Vicky for the opportunity to stay in the villa, and Angela & Keith for looking after us during our stay, it was truly memorable, and we will coming back in the near future!!

Victoria Revisited

Numero uno Leeds West Yorkshire
Review Submitted: October 27, 2009 Date of Stay: September 2009
Well back again, and the Villa was still wonderful,so peace full and the pool, fantastic. My partner and i stayed at the Villa with my sister and her partner and 11 month old baby Jack, first time we had been on Holday with an infant, and because there is so much patio space we were able to wheel him round in his buggie to get him off to sleep, much better than wondering the streets. We made good use of the barbacue, and it was great being able to sit outside every night and hear nothing, shear tranquility. This was our second visit to Victoria this year, and we will be going again next year no question.Holidays at the Villa are such an enjoyable break, you cannot find fault with anything. We must also thank Angie & Keith, they make the Holiday that bit special because they are so helpful, and live close by, no task is too much. The walk down to all the shops bars and restaurants is a nice walk, but if you dont fancy the walk back ,get a Taxi, the rank is infront of the Hotel Melia Salinas and it cost less than 3 Euros (usful if you have shopping). Thanks again to Vickie and Dereck another wonderful two weeks .

Vila Victoria is lovely, and more than we expected.
There were 5 adults and 2 children in my party, and we never felt crowded in there at any time. Very spacious and well furnished to an excellent standard. Three very good sized bedrooms, and the extra bed was perfect for my nephew! Loads of storage too which is great, all the rooms had fantastic sized wardrobes.
Very well equiped kitchen with everything you would need for a night in! Towell were changed half way through the week and the fact that beach towels were provided was exceptional.
The garden area is fantastic, with huge amount of space for dining and sunbathing. Great garden furniture too. The pool was brilliant, very clean, lovely and warm. My 10 year old son literally lived in it!!
Villa Victoria is Ideally situated within a short walk to the local shops and a little further on, to the beach, shop and restaurants.
I can not recommend this villa enough, and thank Vickie and Derek for their great communication and making this a trouble free experience. I would also like to thank Kieth and Angie, the Villa Managers, who were very helpful throughout.
Would definately return to Villa Victoria.

We have stayed in several similar villas over the past seven years in this resort. Villa Victoria has been the best so far, it is modern, well equipped, absolutly spotless, a credit to the owners, not forgetting caretakers Angela and Keith. Booking was easy, the owner, was great to deal with and nothing seemed too much trouble.
The villa was just a little further away from the centre of things than we were used to, but found the 10 min walk to our normal haunts was'nt a problem, even for the mother in law (who somehow smuggled herself away with us), joking apart, as in another review, its a very easy pleasant stroll on pavements in a good state of repair and well illuminated at night.
The pool was absolutly delightfully warm, my 15 year old nephew would not get out. The adults had loads of space to spread out on sunbeds on the beautiful spacious tiled patio.
We will certainly return to Costa Teguise when Villa Victoria on Calle Fuertaventura will on the top of our list when looking for a place to stay. I have already recommended this property to friends and colleagues. Oh forgot to mention; the beds are very comfortable, sometimes not the case in other similar properies.

My Husband to be, mum and dad and myself stayed at Villa Victoria the last week in June and first week in July and we had a brilliant time. The villa is spotless and is furnished to an extremley high standard. This was the second time we have rented a Villa in Costa Tequise, the first was on the same street as Villa Victoria and was through a well known Holiday Company. But Villa Victoria completely out shinned the first. A special thanks to Angela and Keith the house managers, they were so helpful and friendly and great at their jobs. We hope to return to Costa Tequise next year and hope we will be able to get booked into this Villa again. Thanks again Vickie, everything was great. Claire

We have just returned from a week in this villa. The villa was exactly as the photos show it and had all mod cons. We would certainly recommend it to a friend. The only downside was the rather steep hill you had to walk up and down to get to the beach but great for your fitness levels! Angie and Keith who provide the villa maintenance etc were very helpful during our stay.

Owner's Response: Very pleased that you enjoyed your holiday and the facilities of the villa and especially that you are able to recommend to friends since this is the best advert for us!
The steep hill to the beach is the short cut , to walk down the road only takes 3 minutes longer .

we have already recomended this villa to friends and family, it is spacious, clean and very well looked after, all domestic appliances are supplied as well as bath towels and towels for the pool, the management staff who clean and maintain the villa are superb, if it was not for their help during our holiday it would have been ruined (thanks to Angie, Keith, Kids and not forgetting the cats!!!!!) it is a short walk to the local supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Owner's Response: We were so sorry to hear of the loss of your wallet whilst out walking one evening, but glad that Angela and Keith , with their knowledge , were able to assist you and change a disaster into an enjoyable holiday.

Thank you so much for the rental, we all had a great Holiday, one of the best we have had over the many years we have been Holidaying in Lanzarote. The villa was beautiful the pool superb even i went in and that must be a 1st in more years than i care to remember.Angie & Keith , well what can i say , we cannot praise them enough, everything went like clockwork, the transfer from the airport, the welcome pack, the visit to the Eurospa, towel change, linen change, and the pool cleaning.Everything was top notch. The day we came home Keith was there cleaning the pool and the whole of the outside area early,Angie arrived just before 10am to make a start of cleaning the Villa for the next LUCKY Holiday makers, we left and went for Breakfast,we arranged a pick up point for 12.45pm , and that is what time the car arrived containing all our luggage and flight bags, quick trip to the Airport, what better end to a truly MARVELOUS Holiday. We will be recommending this Holiday to all our friends and family.Once again thank you both for making it so easy to have a great two week break. Lovely Villa

Lee & Nancy Romford Essex
Review Submitted: March 19, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
My Husband and I stayed in Villa Victoria for 3 weeks in February 2009.
The villa is lovely and spacious. It was very quiet during the day and evenings, we never heard any noise which is what we wanted. We totally chilled out.
Usually on holiday we eat out for all meals but due to the villa having everything we needed we ate in quite a lot and some days we didn’t leave the villa. It was just lovely reading in the garden with sangria and snacks. The heated pool was gorgeous and you get the sun in the large garden all day. We had 3 weeks of Sun, it only rained the evening we arrived.

All you need to take are toiletries and clothes, thanks to the washing machine and iron you won’t be bringing home washing. There is a supermarket, restaurants and pubs with entertainment a short walk away, a little further you have the beach and the main resort. The villa managers were fantastic, Angie looked after the villa and Derek took care of the pool, they were on hand if we needed them, but we didn’t need to bother them. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Villa Victoria to anyone who likes peace and quiet and home comforts. Vickie the owner maintains the villa to an excellent standard.

Owner's Response: Very pleased that you had such a lovely holiday and peaceful 3 weeks. We do try to provide for most needs and glad we achieved this aim with yourselves. We look forward to welcoming you back to Villa Victoria in the near future.

Xmas in Villa Victoria

Marc & Caz & Belle kent, UK.
Review Submitted: January 21, 2009 Date of Stay: December 2008
We spent Xmas week in Villa Victoria with our baby girl Isabelle(was 14 months at the time) and her grandparents and we all had a lovely time and after watching a video taken of the holiday yesterday, we wish we were still there now! The villa was exactly as described and catered to our every need. A cot and highchair were kindly provided by the owners, as were baby blankets, which saved us the hassle of lugging a travel cot from the UK. We all spent a lot of time in the heated pool and in the outside area of the villa, which was huge and our daughter loved being pushed in the dinghy by her dad (there were boogie boards provided as well). The villa was really well equipped and we found the dishwasher and washing machine especially useful. The restaurants and beach were only about a 10 minutes stroll – just long enough to feel that you had walked your meal off a bit! It was so relaxing at the villa as it was lovely and quiet. The DVD/video collection and scrabble came in useful when we spent a night in and my dad was more than happy in the kitchen showing off his culinary skills and cooking us all tandoori chicken! All in all, we had a fab time and would be very happy to stay at Villa Victoria again - we would recommend this villa to anyone, especially those who like a bit of privacy but want to be within a short distance of all the local amenities and attractions.

Owner's Response: Glad you all had such a fab time especially over Christmas . Thank you for looking after the villa so well and it would be a pleasure to welcome you all back to Villa Victoria.
