The Holiday of our Dreams

We (a family of 4) spent a wonderful time in Cape Coral. Everything was so relaxing. The house is just to far away from Switzerland, otherwise we would come there on a regular base. It was simply great: the Pool, the Waterfall, conftable Bed's... oh we really didn't like to leave. The owners were very friendly . If we come back to Cape Coral, we will definitely come back to the Villa Capri.

We arrived July 4 2009 so we were able to catch some nice fireworks from the pool which was very cool. The home was beautiful and has a very nice pool with a small waterfall that we loved. It was nice to just relax in the pool, BBQ and eat at the outside patio table and just relax. They had a cooler and beach towels available for us that we used when we went to the beaches. The home is close to downtown Cape Coral for shopping and restaurants and not a bad drive to downtown Ft. Meyers. It was an easy drive to get to Sanibel and Captiva Islands and only took us about 30 minutes to drive there. In Sanibel there is a cool nature refuge that you can drive through in your car for around $5 and the road has areas to stop and look for birds and alligators and trails you can walk on. Emily even spotted a baby alligator that we got pictures of. We enjoyed our stay and if we go back to Cape Coral we would definitely stay at this home again. Kathleen was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thanks for everything! Brad & Emily

We (a family of 5) spent a wonderful time in Villa Capri, Cape Coral. Everything exceeded our expectations. We did not miss anything. Not only the house, the whole property and the pool were in an excellent condition. The washer/dryer and the appliances in the kitchen and also the BBQ were as clean as brandnew.
The kids had fun in the pool and we enjoyed our time while reading a book and having a drink. There is a PUBLIX supermarket nearby (2 minutes drive) and it is not too far to Sanibel / Captiva Island or Fort Myers Beach. We did not have any problems at all. We recommend this property 100 %. If we get the chance we will come back - that's for sure!!!
We went to the movies on Del Prado Blvd. and different restaurants which were pretty close!

The despriction and the picture were accurate. We enjoyed our stay in May 2009 and recommend this property. The house was clean, had nice furniture und well-maintained. The pool has a beautifull waterfall. The owner was very helpfull.

Our stay at Villa Capri was very enjoyable. It was well kept and very convenient to all the amenties. It was in an equisitive area that had great atmosphere and entertainment nearby. (Cape Harbor) The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely return.

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erw. und 2 Teenager) 10 wunderbare Tage in der Villa Capri verbracht. Ab dem ersten Moment haben wir uns so wohl wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus hält, was die Bilder versprechen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr uvm. ist ausreichend vorhanden. Super für die ipod-Generation war auch das vorhandene WIFI. Außerdem ist alles da, was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt, wie z.b. auch Sonnenschirm u. -stühle, Kühlbox, Strandtücher usw.. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr bestrebt alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit zur Verfügung zu stellen. In Nähe findet man einen gut sortierten Supermarkt mit Fast-Food, Pizza-Service. Mit dem Auto erreicht man gut verschiedene Malls und Outlets sowie die wunderschönen Strände am Golf von Mexico. Auch die etwas weitere Heimfahrt von unseren Lieblingsstrand in Naples haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen um in dieses gemütliche Haus zurückzukehren. Der Pool ist am späten Abend oder am Morgen nach dem Joggen in der Nachbarschaft eine herrliche Entspannung. Das gesamte Ambiente in und um das Haus einfach eine Wohltat. We definetly try to return to this wonderful place - Thank you Kathleen for this nice home - you are a very special owner.
