There is not enough room here to fully describe our stay at Stefano's wonderful home. The trip and all the new friends we made will not be forgotten. Thank You Stefano and hope to see you again.

This beautiful Rome apartment had everything we needed for a perfect week! Although out in the country, it was very easy to get to the center of Rome using public transportation. The setting is lovely, and the accommodations were perfect. A wonderful market is very close by, and the kitchen facilities were great for cooking in several meals. The beds are comfy, the baths are lovely, the countryside just spectacular. We would recommend this as a great alternative to pricey hotels.

I stayed here with my mum dad 2 brothers , sister and aunty as well as her 2 young boys[unfortunatley the stairs weren't quite appropriate] and husband and at one point we even had our granny and grandfather staying but still there was enough room and luxury for all. This is the kind of place you would want to stay . With it's freindly neighbours, handy shops, gardens and park with volley ball net as well as a useful pizzeria , cafe and bar I would give this 11 on a scale of 1 - 10!
There is simply not the correct word to describe this place so I would say overall its an all-you-could-want-, luxourious, wish-I-could-bring-it-back-home-with-me-on-the-plane , cool place to stay in!
From a kids point of view its cool ,
From an adults point of view it's cool as well.
Which prooves it's obviously cool!a macdonald

Casalfattoria was our home away from home while we were visiting with our son (who was studying aboard). This is such a beautiful, comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. You will lack for nothing and the best part of all is your host, Stefano and his lovely brother Grabielle. They made us feel right at home. Ours was truly a Roman holiday and being Americans, we where there for our Thanksgiving. We were able to have a traditional feast in our vacation home with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. We even brought over decorations and ate by the fire in the wonderful large dining room. The whole set up of this apartment is superb. Our favorite was the fireplace and the loft library. Getting around was not hard at all. Yes, the metro is not far away and very easy to get to. We want to return to Italy sometime in the future, and believe me, we will most definitely return to Casalfattoria. I give this place a 10. There's no way you can't be pleased. We want to say "Thank You" (Graci) Stefano and Gabrielle for everything. God Bless!

We recently spent 5 days at this apartment and found it excellent. It was great having a kitchen given prices in Rome and the supermarket is quite close. The beds were really comfortable and it was a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

The owner was most helpful and provided very good service and information prior to the stay. He was available if required and left plenty of information handy about local services.

Overall a great experience.

As soon as we arrived at Casalfattoria we knew we had made the right decision. We were met and shown all the amenities at the apartment - dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fantastic showers...etc etc!
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and the location is stunning.
It is located just outside the Rome Ring Road and is a 10-15 minute drive from the nearest metro station. We used this every day to visit Rome - it is so convenient! Shops are also nearby and there is a local pizzeria you can walk to.
We enjoyed the support of Stephano, the owner and his brother Gabriele. We got the impression that nothing was too much trouble.
In summing up this is a fantastic apartment in a beautiful location and very convenient for Rome. We would certainly recommend it to our friends and we may even return there ourselves one day.

Stefano..all the best for you.

We spent together with our friends and kids (4 adults and 2 children) a week in CasalFattoria in the beginning of May 2008. We couldn't be happier with the property we rented from Stefano Leoni.
We had a great time and beautiful weather. CasalFattoria is part of a comfortable house in a quiet area, with a lovely green garden and nice neighbors. The apartment is fantastic; spacious, nicely appointed, in a quiet neighborhood, and just a stone's throw from Rome.
Over and above that all was the owner’s desire to please and to make sure we were happy with our rental!
We couldn't have had a greater or more relaxing getaway house to stay while enjoying Rome and Italy with our kids and friends. We are sure to recommend CasalFattoria to everyone.
