Reviews of Property: Lovely Florida Villa with Private Pool and Jacuzzi with FREE POOL HEATING.

Having just returned from a 2 week holiday in Florida i would reccommend this villa to anyone i know wanting to go.The position of it is great for all the amenities,Universal,Disney etc.After speaking to the owner a couple of times I found him very approachable and was only too happy to help.The villa itself is just how the advert says it is and the pool and jacuzzi is fab especially after long days out at the parks.Once again I would reccommend this villa.Thanks to Kev and his family for letting us stay at their lovely home.

Having rented various villas around Europe over the past decade, I have to say that this was the best that we have stayed in.

The property lacks for nothing, and is ideally located for experiencing all that Florida has to offer.

The pool is great, and the games rooms is as described - fantastic!!!

Arrived at villa on Thurs 6th Aug. Villa was very clean and tidy and very appealing. Our holiday consisted of visiting the many theme parks around the area. The villa was such a comfort to come back to each day after a day at the parks. the children had a ball in the pool and games rooms (as did the adults!) I would recommend this villa to anyone who has a car as transport is needed to get to places. All the theme parks (magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, waterparkls) were only a 20 - 30 min drive away with Universal and Seaworld abt 40 mins away. So although not quite in the thick of Disney the villa is situated very well and easy to get to. The owner was very helpful both before and during our stay. They have a managment team on site to help with any problems. There is also a wall mart for all your shopping needs, as well as surrounding restaurants/burger bars. The villa is situated on a wonderful golf course. This was the first time we have ever booked flights, villa etc on line and really were not sure if we had made the right choices but realise now we did and would recommend this villa to anyone wishing to visit Orlando and either visit the theme parks or simply chill out at the villa!

The villa was positioned in a pleasant residential setting with a golf course wrapping around it. Access to the golf club was available where the surroundings were picturesque and the food at the clubhouse was good. Access to the parks was reasonably direct and only about 30 minutes away. The property is well maintained and clean throughout. The management company check to make sure everything is OK but are not intrusive. The owners are accommodating if you have need to talk direct and are very friendly. I would be happy to recommend this property to a friend and would return with my familly should I do Florida again. Mannys chop house is a must!

Just returned from a 10 night stay and have great pleasure recommending this accommodation to anyone looking for a Florida/Disney break. Our party (3 adults, 1 6yr old child) found the house to be more than we expected, convenient for all the Orlando attractions, lovely, secure surroundings and hassle free. One potential fly-in-the ointment was a mix up over pool heating, but this was cleared up with no hesitation at the owners expense to his great credit.

Lovely Florida Villa, spacious, well furnished in gated community, beautiful golf course. Walmart and Winn Dixie grocery story located at entrance to community, good restaurants near by especially Mannys Chop House also
The Pub located 8 miles north on Rt. 27. Also close to attractions - Disney World, Universal, Sea World & Busch Gardens. Would recommend to anyone

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week holiday at Dreamin'. It's conveniently positioned right next to the supermarket as well as some superb restaurants and not far (at all) from the amusement parks.

Communicating with the owner was an absolute pleasure ..... before and after our stay - which makes a big difference when planning such a holiday.

We've already had friends of ours stay there and would not hesitate to stay there again ourselves should the opportunity arise!

The villa is tastefully furnished, spacious and does not lack "in-door" entertainment.

We had our 3 week vacation (may 2008) in the Lovely Florida Villa.
It was really great. Easy to find. Everthing mentioned here was correct. Payment was easy and simple even for us Dutchies.

We especially liked the front gate of the park. It gave us a safe feeling.
Disney and other parks were nearby. WallMart Superstore was really nearby.

House had everything we wanted. Good airco, washing machine, really nice pool for the kids. etc etc.

Summarized.... it was really good.

Dit was een prima vakantiehuis, Het is gesitueerd op een park met een bewaakte slagboom. Het huis is prima en heeft een leuk zwembad voor de kids.
Vooruit betalen heeft altijd iets engs, maar was geen enkel probleem. Je krijgt vlak voor je vertrek het adres en de code van de deur. Helemaal prima.
Veel plezier (wij hadden dit zeker gedurende onze vakantie in mei 2008)
