Beautiful scenery

We were at Alta Vista Septmeber 19-23, 2009. Beautiful property. Pictures on internet are authentic. Clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the care pack available upon arrival. Property is a bit secluded so be prepared to drive on a scenic and winding road.

We have lots of experience with holidays in Andalucia. Alta Vista provided the best overall accommodation we have had. The villa itself is well-furnished and has been well-maintained. The pool is superb.
Access is better than we have had in the past, being 1km from the main road and 10 min from the local town.
Although the area has working farms, much of the time there was total peace and quiet and a very high level of privacy.
I can thoroughly recommend this property to people who want complete relaxation.

Just returned from 10 days at Alta Vista.
This was by far the best villa we have ever stayed in.
A home from home (without the Scottish weather!)

Alta Vista is a fantastic villa for getting away from it all. We landed there stressed and tired from work and within hours were chilling with a glass of cava by the pool, transfixed by the gorgeous sunsets you see over the hills before you. The villa is very private with amazing views over the Andalucian hills and is very well equipped - in fact it feels like a home from home. We only left once to visit El Torca and then holed up for the rest of the week, reluctant to leave such a little paradise. If getting away from it all is what you want, I can't think of anywhere else I have holidayed that enables you to do that as much as this villa, so we will certainly be back!

The comments in the guest book at Alta Vista reflect the comments on this website; my comments are therefore repetitive – the views are wonderful, the villa exceptionally well equipped for a rental property, to a much higher standard than average, the pool relaxing and affording marvellous vistas at every pause from swimming. One aspect that we found particularly enjoyable was that the sun stayed on the shaded terrace until sunset, tempting us into long languorous evenings contemplating the scene and sunsets, eating olives and sipping Tio Pepe. Truly a magnificent if temporary escape from reality!

We stayed for a week in July 2009 at Alta Vista and what a wonderful surprise the photos cannot interpret what a beautiful tranquil holiday rental home it truly is. The owners have thought of everything and provide a fully equipped high standard Finca. The peace, the amazing views, the natural wildlife and the wonderful spanish neighbours all contribute to making our holiday one to never forget. We hope to return in the future to Alta Vista.

Alta Vista is an (over)complete second home with very nice surroundings and a comfortable swimmingpool in a quiet, not lonely place. The customer service was perfect, the property clean and well-maintained.
It takes 1,5 hrs to drive to Granada, Cordoba or Ronda and a little longer to Seville, so if you are looking for ther perfect place to be but will not miss the culture/history of Andalucia: go to Alta Vista! The same goes for nature.
In the house you will find a nice welcome pack to give you a good start and lots and lots of tourist information (and books on learning Spanish).
Perfect place for everyone without a wheelchair!

Cet endroit correspond en tous points au descriptif du site Internet, c'est un endroit très agréable, idéal pour le vrais repos, le calme, le dépaysement.
Le véhicule est indispensable car éloigné de 10 minutes du village.
L’équipement intérieur est complet inutile de se surcharger en bagages.
Le logement respire la vie on se l’approprie rapidement.
Je vous le recommande, mais laisser nous des semaines de libres car nous souhaitons y retourner.

This villa is special, particularly if you are looking to rest and do nothing.
