I have had a verry nice holliday in a beautifull house.
The house was clean and everything you need is in the house.
The owner gave good information and everything was as good as he show on the site and told me by phone.
I can recommend this house to everybody.

Just what we needed !

Having stayed in Javea before, we knew the area well and found the villa to be in an ideal location. The attention from Keith before we went was excellent and had this been our first time, a great help for knowing how to get around. We only went on the beach once as the pool was too good to leave. The rooms were a good size and viewing the sunsets from the naya enabled us to enjoy this room the most. The kitchen was well equipped and we made use of the BBQ. The villa was in a peaceful area although there were some lively ( feathered ) birds next door ! All in all, we were very pleased with the comfort of our stay.

excellent villa for families

Review Submitted: May 14, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2008
My family have booked 2 years in a row in July 07 & 08 and have also recommended to friend who also enjoyed their stay. Accommodation excellent for families with young children as they can play, swim and watch films etc safely and within eyesight. Pool area was excellent and kids loved it. We felt safe, which is important with young children. The best part of villa for us was the balcony area , where you can sit and have an read a book/have anevening drink before going out etc. The views from the villa across the mountains was the perfect holiday tonic. The broadband was excellent for me, as I had business matters to attend to each day and the speed of internet was good and reliable.
Only construcitve criticism would be that it would have been nice to have air con in the childrens bed rooms. We have been twice and will hopefully be back soon.

Great Villa holiday

Review Submitted: September 4, 2008 Date of Stay: August 2008
We have just returned from a great holiday at this villa.
We found the villa as described, and it was very well laid out with plenty of room for five visitors.

The villa had good quality furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The only down side for us having been in mid August was no air conditioning which meant the nights were quite sticky.

The best part for us was the external areas. Good sized patio areas with sunbeds and a large barbecue surrounded a lovely 10 x 5 swimming pool. We stayed at the villa on a number of days and just fired up the barbie swam or sunbathed. Our two children lived in the pool and both learnt to swim while we were there.

The villa overlooks a lovely vally and the impressive Mount Montego, the views were stunning, as were the sunsets.

The villa is also well placed to visit the local areas including Altea, Moreria and Javea, which we found to have the best beach. We also went to the mountain village of Guadalest which we would recommend to all, as well as the Terra Mitica theme park.

We would definately return to the villa, and may well do next year.

Great Villa & a great holiday

Dr Winston O'Boogie Glasgow, UK
Review Submitted: July 22, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008
Just returned from a two week holiday at the villa with my wife and two children (boy 11 and girl 5). The property was exactly as described with a lovely pool and barbeque area - ideal for soaking up the Spanish sun. The property is clean and well maintained with a relaxed and informal feel about it. Well equipped with SKY TV & DVD player.

The location of the villa is ideal set amongst an area of many private villas, but very quiet and away from any hussle and bustle. The beaches of the main resort of Javea are less than 10 mins away by car. Javea is beautiful, not over developed and has a really nice promenade with bars, restaurants etc. The beach has the all of the usual watersports/activities. Benidorm, if you choose to go there, is about 30-40 mins by car so if you want waterparks etc its not too far to go.

The owner provided excellent service with clear and easy to follow instructions on how to get to the villa. Any questions I had prior to going out where answered promptly and I would have no hestitation in recommending the villa. In fact we are already planning a trip back next year.

The Villa was like home from home.

My husband and I have stayed at the villa, with friends, on several occasions and always thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It’s beautifully clean, well decorated and is maintained to a high standard, inside and out, and has all the facilities you’ll want for your stay. There’s a supermarket a few minutes drive away that has more or less everything you’ll need.
The pool and barbecue area is a lovely sun trap and I personally find it quite difficult to move from there once I’m on the sun lounger with a book and sun tan cream (the glass of wine is optional, but it is a holiday!).
You will need a car, not just for the supermarket, but to visit Javea where there’s a good selection of bars and restaurants catering to all tastes. It’s lovely to walk along the promenade in the evening and look at the little market stalls before having dinner or sit and have an aperitif and watch the world go by. The beach looks beautiful there too. I’m more of a pool person myself, but I’m sure it would be ideal for kids as it’s not a massive expanse of beach, more of a gentle cove.
From the villa there are a couple of restaurants that you can walk to if you fancy a good stretch of the legs after a lazy day by the pool, but remember it’s uphill on the way back – a good way to work off all the food! Alternatively, once you’ve stocked up at the supermarket, you can have a barbecue and eat by the pool and not have to move at all. That’s the beauty as it’s like home from home and you can just do what you fancy.
You’ve might have gathered that I do like a relaxing holiday, but there’s lots of good info in the villa about what to do in the local area and last time we decided to climb Montgo which was hard and very hot work (take lots of water), but worth it for the views at the top.
Probably the best recommendation I can give is that we’re going back again next year and I’m really looking forward to it, especially after seeing the villa on the website and writing this review – can’t wait.

I’m sure you’ll have a great time if you do manage to get booked.

Kind regards.
Sue & Bob

Fabulous sunsets.

Review Submitted: April 25, 2008 Date of Stay: March 2008
My wife and I rented the villa for the whole of March 2008, with a group of friends/family coming to stay for a long weekend during that period. The accommodation is excellent having a large comfortable lounge and a good sized and well equipped separate kitchen. It was nice to have 3 double bedrooms with the master en-suite and the central heating made a huge difference on a couple of cooler evenings. Undoubtedly the prime feature is the very large L shaped naya which is well furnished and which affords beautiful mountain views, due to the elevated site. The sunsets were a spectacular highlight of our stay - a different range of colours each day. We were lucky with the weather so made good use of the lovely pool and bbq area which enjoys all day sun.

The property is well maintained and very clean throughout and the level of service from the owner was first class before and during our stay. Javea has no shortage of good restaurants and tapas bars, all within a short drive and there are several on the main road near to the urbanisation entrance. It is also only a short drive to the lovely resorts of Denia and Moraira, as well as the new La Marina shopping centre. All in all you are spoiled for choice whether you choose to get out and about, or simply lie around and relax.

We would definitely stay again.
