Crescent Lakes

This is a wonderful house in a lovely, residential location. It is very well situated for theme parks, eating, shopping and the airport. It is beautifully maintained & well thought out throughout. The swimming pool, games room (with pool, air hockey & table football) & utility facilities are are real bonus. The owners are very well organised & friendly. Their tips & guides are really useful. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Great property, very well appointed, loads of space, very clean and a really great pool. Our children simply said wow when they walked in the door. Nice location quiet and the perfect distance from local attractions allowing you to feel like you have got away from the crowds after a busy day, but close enough to go back in for the evening fireworks and entertainment.

We had a fantastic vacation and would have no hesitation in recomending the porperty and certainly would sty here again if we go back to Orlando.

Excellent accommodation. Lots of space and more than enough storage. We are a family of six and we could have lived very comfrtably in this house - not just a holiday hoime. The area was lovely and quiet and obviously a residential area - not just full of holiday lets. Would definatley recommend this property to anyone going. The information provided by the owner on directions, resatuarants and tips etc was excellent too.

This home was perfect! It was beautiful & very clean! It is decorated very nicely & had everything we needed to accomodate 4 adults & 2 children! We all loved the game room & pool in our down time! The owner is very sweet, accomodating, & quick to respond, as well. The price was very affordable considering how large the home is & all it offers. It is close to many restaurants & not too far from Disney. We all loved staying there & would definitely do so again in the future! Thanks so much! !

Well, It all started with a flight from Manchester to Gatwick, a night stay, a lost bag which joined us after 4 days, a long flight to Orlando, being picked out in the customs queue to empty our bags to a mess up with up with the car hire, surely I could be forgiven for thinking that the Villa couln't be as perfect as I thought I had booked...WRONG!!! From the moment we stepped in the Villa, we knew our holiday had started. The rooms were all spacious and very bright. From the well-equipped games room to the 4 lovely appointed bedrooms we couldn't find any fault. The laundry room with roomy appliances was a godsend. The Villa has a large dining room aswell as the breakfast bar and you will be spoilt for choice as to where to eat, as the patio, especially early evening, is perfect for a cool drink and nibbles. The main lounge is comfortable, and includes Cable TV, games, DVD's and CD's to keep you entertained. The best 'area' of all of course is the pool/patio. We visited in Feb/Mar and with pool heat, you can swim in the lovely pool at any time day or night...what a great relief to those tired Disney muscles!! A car is certainly needed but the Wall-Mart or Publix (only 15 mins away) caters for all your needs. I would reccommend, as we did in 2 weeks, 2 or 3 big shops rather than 'popping down to the shops' runs. Although petrol or 'gas' is still so much cheaper there than here. I filled up a 7 seat minivan twice during the two weeks and it cost approx £55 in total. I wouldn't hesitate in reccommending this Villa to anyone and I'm sure you will find it as perfect as we did.

My partner and I arrived at the house and as we opened the front door we stood gobsmacked by the view we had of the inside. It was wonderful.and immediately we felt so welcome.
Our holiday was remembered by the places we visited a short distance away but every day going back to the house was another part we looked forward to.especially the pool.
The decor was brilliant and tastefuly furnished later we found out that the interior decor was brilliantly designed by the owners, well done to you both.
That was our first visit so we went back again and we needed to stand (as we did the first time) in the doorway to take it all in.
Again we had a wonderful holiday so thank you for making an old couple so happy

3rd time we have stayed here, so that speaks volumes! We wanted a quiet, relaxing break after a stressful few months and this is exactly what the property offers. A peaceful location within easy reach by car (essential) of the attractions, restaurants, shops and night life if required, but far enough away so as not to be troubled by any crowds.
House is well maintained, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes by car from the house and no shops closeby accessible by foot, so important not to forget anything.
As very little is provided in way of general household items, future visitors should remember to purchase washing-up liquid (hand & dishwasher), washing powder (if you intend to use washing machine), toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, condiments (basics) in their first shopping or maybe the agent could offer the option to provide these basics at an additional cost as a 'Welcome Pack'?
Highly recommended and we will certainly return as often as we can.

What a beautiful house. Myself and my family stayed for two weeks and enjoyed our time here. When we arrived at the property everything was as described the house was clean and had a very homely feel about it.

The highlight for us was the heated pool, the children spent hours in the warm pool and there was lots of room to lounge around the pool and a high level of privacy.

The games room kept the kids occupied and us grownups too!

The location was also great as you were far enough away from all of the tourists but close enough to everything so that you weren't driving very far. All of the major attractions are within 10-20 minutes.

A car is essential though.

Altogether a lovely place to stay! Would recommend.
