Dear Sandra
Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful week we had in your apartment and we spent many lovely hours on the sunny terrace. What gorgeous views you have. It was nice to arrive and have a cup of tea and a glass of wine without having to race out to the shops. Could you let me know rates for next year as we would like to book again.

Dear Sandra
I wanted to say thank you for allowing us to stay in your apartment. It was lovely and as the spec said well furnished, clean and the location very good. The pool area was very quiet and it was nice not to have to worry about trying to get a space around it. We thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks stay and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone else

Young Couple Getaway: June 15th - 22nd 2009

Just back from holiday and had a great time! The apartment was great and had everything you could possibly need. Big bed, well equiped kitchen, washing machine, tv, dvd with a good selection of dvd's to choose from.
The balcony had the sun from around noon until sunset which is great if your wanting to top up your tan while someone else cooks. The views were stunning and are worth the visit alone.
Complex was quiet so you have the pool to yourself. The snack bar was great serving lunches and cheap drinks (e.g. bottle of bud was 2 euros). Barry and Leslie who run the bar are very friendly and happy to chat away recommending restaurants etc for you to try.
There is an internet cafe in the complex inside the small shop.

There are plenty of supermarkets around and I found prices to be quite reasonable even though friends warned me of Tenerife being expensive.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants about however if you go down to the centre of San Eugenio you can expect hassle from people urging you into their bars or restaurants. I highly recommend Mamma's which is halfway down the hill. Food and service was first class and was modestly priced as well.
Mar & Bamboo was our favourite and was so good we went back again; The venue was fantastic with great interior design and the food beat Mamma's ever so slighly. This restaurant is located right down by the harbour on the corner.
Word of warning - do not eat at Harley's!!! It is similar to that of TGI Fridays. It is over priced, food is below average and we waited half an hour for starters then a further hour for our main course; to top it off they short changed us 10 euros which I had to wait 15 minutes to get back.

The apartment is close to Las Americas; 2 mile walk or 7 euro taxi. We only ventured into the lively part for one night as where we stayed had enough entertainment for us. Good to see o'neils, bobby's and tramps still there but the whole strip was a little quite; not sure if we were just outside season. Still it was busy enough to have a good night.

David picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the appartment for a modest fee of 15 euros; cracking deal as there is no need to hunt for your accomodation. However if David is taking you back to the airport again; make sure you leave the money in the apartment otherwise he'll tell you to buy a drink. So to David & Sandra, thanks for a wonderful holiday and thanks for the drink ;)

Would stay again and would recommend!

Apartment itself was nice and clean with good views. However we were disappointed with the condition of the complex - lifts not working as mentioned elsewhere and generally the complex is not well maintained. Neighbour played loud music. After 3 days we ended up moving to a hotel.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your review, we endeavour to make apartment nice and clean and of course has stunning views with a bright sunny balcony. The comment that a neighbour played loud music in the day time has never been an issue before but apologise and only wished you had let me know sooner

Great holiday

Review Submitted: May 11, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
We had a super holiday, the apartment was fabulous and the views were breathtaking. The balcony was supberb, I particularly enoyed it as it gets sun from morning until it goes down at night. The swimming and baby pools both have great views of the sea and we enjoyed the free sunbeds. The pool bar serves really nice food. I would definitely recommend the apartment. Mike Lotti and Wills.

While the view from the apt is fabulous the actual block seems to be a little run down. During our stay the lifts never worked, the stairwell lights were never on either. Would we stay there again - no.

Owner's Response: Yes, the apartment is great and the views are fabulous the stairwells lights are now working but the lifts do tend to be unpredictable - sorry.

Lovely Stay

Myself and two friends stayed at this lovely flat in august for a girly-break away. We all had a great time and found the location good although the beach is a 10 min walk away. Veronica's (night club area) is a short taxi journey. The facilities in the flat were excellent and easy to use inc. fridge, hob, washing machine, kettle etc. We also enjoyed the balcony/terrace which has a beautiful view over the bay. The apartment is well maintained, well equipped and comfortable.

Dear Sandra,
We had a fantastic holiday sitting on the lovely sun-drentched balcony with a glass of wine over looking the great views of the sea. Very relaxing indeed.
The pool area was clean and quite, with the convience of the pool bar to get drinks and snack from.
We found the apartment cenral for all our needs, it was nice and close to all bars, shops, resturants and the sea.
We will definatly be booking again, and have recommended the apartment to friends and family.
